Letting out my property through Ross & liddell has been an easy, hastle free process and the staff i have spoken to have been so nice and friendly. I would recommend using them to anyone.

The lettings team kept me informed of the process every step of the way.

I have lived in Flat.3/3 16 Plantation Park Gardens over four years. The staff members I have engaged with have proved to be very respectful to my wife and I.
The company quickly responds to areas of concern like needed repairs in the facility. I could recall the time we had a fire accident in our flat in 2022, the company went all out to help us settle back speedily in our renovated flat.

My experience was great because after giving all the information need for the chat, my questions were answered and problem resolved.

I have been with Ross & Liddell for few years & my experience with this letting agent has been great . They guided me through the entire process with clarity and patience , handled all queries promptly, and ensured everything went smoothly. Their professionalism, helping attitude, knowledge of the industry and dedication is really good. I would gladly recommend them to anyone looking to rent out their property.

I have always received prompt service whenever I needed it, all of the staff are very friendly and easy to talk to, and they have been very flexible with me when making arrangements for payment etc.. They have also always been very clear and precise with all their communications, which I greatly appreciate!

The agency is very competent and everyone that dealt with my new rental was very attentive and willing to help always. I have to highlight Freya Watkins as she was answering any emails or phone calls right away and helping me with the full process while getting my rental agreement sorted. Even afterwards once I moved in, she contacted me to make sure I was happy with the property and to make sure I didn’t have any questions. Really appreciate everything that she did for me and thanking too the full team! I would definitely highly recommend them! ☺️

This company is dire to deal with. You can't email them, only phone and live chat at hours that don't suit if you work full time. They are slow to respond on both live chat and for anything sent through outwith hours. The quality of answers to any questions is poor, invoices and continually wrong. I am exhausted having to help my Mum deal with all of this. Really poor experience.

Staff with Ross and liddle are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble.

Ross & Liddell have an incredible team that have made my renting process pleasurable and easy from day one. They are friendly, reliable, and always quick to respond to communications. Their response on here is nothing other than just another false promise. They have had countless opportunities to address some very serious issues in relation to maintenance, billing discrepencies and a complete lack of responsibility as our factor.
