I had ordered some flowers to be delivered to our daughter for her first day at new job. I wanted to order local in the area so I tried Ruth's. What I ordered compared to the picture on line was not in the least bit what was delivered! A purple vase on line, red vase used; flowers were not the same, small arrangement, didn't look good at all, etc. Not worth the money ...... I was so disappointed! Stay clear of this florist. You will be disappointed as I was. The only thing they got right was the delivery date......

I ordered flowers from Ruth’s Roses to support a friend who has been going through a difficult time, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. The bouquet was delivered at the latest possible time of day, and when my friend received them, the flowers smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.

It was honestly embarrassing to send something meant to lift someone’s spirits, only for it to arrive in that condition. The flowers were completely unusable as a gift.

When I reached out, the company only offered a partial refund, despite the product not being acceptable or presentable at all. This is not the level of quality or customer service I expected.

I won’t be ordering from Ruth’s Roses again and would recommend choosing another florist if you’re hoping to send something special and reliable.

This is the worst experience ever. I ordered flowers for a funeral in Elkhart IN. They're advertisement indicated it was local. I asked if it was local, they said they were local. I spent 40 minutes on the line explaining what type of arrangement I wanted. I gave them my credit card #. They called me back and said the payment had gone through. 45 minutes later, I received an email saying they did not have any flowers due to a supply chain problem and they would refund my money in 3 - 5 business days. This place should be put out of business quickly.

I ordered flowers on Dec. 1, AFTER asking if same day delivery was possible. I gave the recipients address and was told yes, it could be delivered Dec. 1. After checking with recipient at 7:30 pm and no flowers being delivered, I called Ruth's Roses. I was told they attempted delivery and no one was home. The recipient WAS home until 4:30 pm. I was assured flowers would be delivered Dec. 2. At 2:36 pm, I called Ruth's Roses to check on the order and was told it would be delivered today. It is now 4:44 pm on Dec. 2 and there has been no delivery. I am now told it is out for delivery. Shame on me for not checking the reviews before ordering. I am extremely unhappy!

Bad on me for not reading the reviews before I ordered ! Ordered most expensive bouquet for Thanksgiving which were never delivered because " they weren't fresh", yet they never told us. I ordered Nov6 for Nov 25 delivery !!

I wish I would have read the reviews first. This place was the worst. They took my money pro same day delivery then sent me an email saying they had no flowers. Still waiting on my refund not to mention they say free delivery but charge you a $18.99 service fee that doesn’t show up until the very end of the transaction. Do not order from this company!

Tried to order flowers then recieved an email telling they didn't have stock. I tried ordering something different but callked before I ordered. Call went to a call center who proceeded to tell me they had them in stock. I placed the order only to receive another email saying they were out. I called again and again it sounds like a call center. The girl swore she cut flowers. I hung up and chose another florist! Enough is enough! Zero trust in this place!

I ordered two funeral arrangements for my aunt's end of life service. 30 mins prior to my arrival there I got a call from someone from Ruth's telling me that my orders could not be deliveered because there was no driver available to deliver. I told them I would pick up the arrangements as they claimed they were a "LOCAL" town florist in BIllerica. The biggest lie/scam on the internet. This woman could not even keep track of her lies. They said they would refund my card (which never happened). Thankfully, I found a true local florist who quickly put together two arrangements.
Ruth's Roses is a horrible dishonest company that misrepresents who they really are!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Don’t use this company!! Their website said same-day delivery if ordered by 2 o’clock . I did that and paid for everything. Wound up finding hidden fees of $18
and then almost 4 hours later they called me and said that they weren’t able to drop off the flowers at the funeral home, they didn’t have enough time.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE EVER!!!!! THEY DISPLAY A BEAUTIFUL ARRANGEMENT ONLINE AND YOU DO NOT GET THAT. I ORDERED A NEW BABY FLORAL ARRANGEMENT AND MY SISTER RECEIVED ALREADY DYING ROSES AND SOME BABY BREATHS. NOTHING LIKE IT WAS ONLINE. WHEN I CALL AND EMAIL, YOU GET SOMEONE NOT LOCAL. THEN TO BOOT, I ONLY RECEIVED $40 REFUND. NO NOT ORDER FROM HERE AS IT IS A SCAM.

Can't give ZERO stars. Unreliable and no communication to buyer if there is an issue, they also LIE. There are other 3rd party sources but always best to find a florist directly in an area, the whole sale goes to the florist so you get your value as well as dependable service!

Great price until the very last screen where they jam a $18.99 service fee to the order. Bait and switch tactics with discounts. No character.

I would give negative stars if possible. Absolutely the worst floral “arrangement” I have ever seen. I sent flowers to my daughter for her birthday. I was repeatedly contacted by someone speaking broken English that o could barely hear. She told me that the address didn’t exist in her GPS system, even though it is a fairly prominent apartment complex in the area. I should have read the reviews before ordering. Do not order from this company.

COMPLETE SCAMMERS AND INCOMPETENT. They delivered my flowers to the wrong address, shorted me by 3 roses and FORGOT THE CARD! They ruined the surprise and REFUSED to provide a refund as requested. Hopefully they go out of business!

While in Destin, FL, for my fiancé’s birthday celebration, I ordered flowers for her through Ruth’s. I placed an online order at around 8a. By 3:30pm the flowers hadn’t arrived so I called. I was assured the driver would be contacted and I’d be updated. That never happened. I called again at 5pm, and 6:30pm or so. We had dinner reservations so we left our Airbnb. I had left instructions as to where to leave the flowers. We returned to find the flowers delivered, tipped over on a small table outside the front door, and with the flowers damaged. In putting them back together, the vase was nothing like the advertised arrangement. The flowers were old and slightly withered. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Who delivers flowers at 7p?! And I paid $100 for this crock of… I asked for a refund. To make it right, they refunded $25. WTH?! Do yourself a favor and do not waste your money or your time with this company. They do not have integrity. I go out of my way to find things to praise. I haven’t written a bad review in I don’t know when. But this one was warranted. I’m a business owner and would never treat a customer like this. I truly hope their success is commensurate with how they treat their customers. They won’t last.

Ordered online and sent to a sick relative. What i paid for and what she got was totally different than what I ordered. I called them and they gave me 25 dollars off. Big deal, the damage has been done. This place gets 1 star for a reason. Dont be fooled like I was ! You will regret ordering through them

This website is a scam they just use ads to say they are located in your area and they charge you a service fee for doing business which they contact local flower shops to fill their orders. I ordered flowers from RuthsRoses and received flowers from hy vee total scam!

They pretend to be a local flower shop. When you go to check out (purchase amount was $59.99) and hit submit payment, it shows the $59.99. Then they send you an email and they then add a service fee of $18.99. Very deceptive not showing the fee at the time of payment. Buyer beware!

I wish I would have read the reviews for this place before ordering. A coworker’s relative passed away, so I googled “ local florists in Charlotte, NC” and Ruth’s Roses popped up. I should have run!! I ordered a deluxe arrangement the evening of the 4th. They say “ same day delivery. By the 6th nothing had been delivered. I called and spoke to somebody who said “ it is on the delivery truck now and out for delivery”. Come the 7 th, still no delivery. I called again to have my order canceled and refunded. I spoke to a woman this time who then tells me that “ it was delivered on the 5th”. I called her a liar, and explained I talked to someone the day before who said it was out for delivery, so how was it delivered the day before? She said she would send me the delivery verification. I told her that meant nothing to me and to kick rocks, because they are all liars. There are NO positive reviews on this company. I filed a dispute with my bank. This company should be shut down!!!
