Not what we ordered at all the pictures are very deceiving. Very disappointed as this was supposed to be special for our mother!

They substituted the premium arrangement I ordered with a much different arrangement that was seriously so plain it broke my heart.
My actual order contained stunning purple roses (along with several other lovely flowers) all in an exquisite purple vase. After emailing their customer service dept I rec'd a reply stating that they would refund me a whole $25.
They are a bait & switch business with a fraud-filled website of arrangements they have no intention of fulfilling!!

I placed an order online, a week later I get an email that due to supply issues they will be unable to deliver the order.

I had ordered a flower arrangement on Dec 18 for a funeral on Sunday Dec 21. I was okay with Sat delivery as they don't deliver on Sunday. I received an email at 4:45pm on Sat the 20th that they couldn't fill my order. No phone call. No notice to make other arrangements. No consideration. DO NOT USE.

I paid 72.00 for a flower arrangements i had canceled the order because it was late and they lost the initial order. Ruth's Roses then had the audacity to send half dead flowers in arrangement that looks like a six year old put it together. I demanded a refund and all they offered was 36.00 on my 72.00 sale. A TERRIBLE COMPANY POOR PRODUCT STAY AWAY FROM RUTH'S ROSES.

Do not use this florist. Ordered for a church member and did not receive anything near the value ordered. I ordered the “deluxe” version which is stated “as pictured. Ruth’s Roses substitution policy says substitutions will be of “equal or greater value”. No roses were in my arrangement and I see no flowers present of equal value. Picture shows what was ordered and what was received. I also asked on the phone if they were located in Scottsboro, AL and they said yes but their policy says “Nevada law”.

If I could give a 0 star, I would. I placed my order this morning at 7:43AM and received a conformation for it. At 3:49PM the order had not been delivered, no email received there was an issue, nothing so I called only to be told that the order was being refunded as they were out of supplies. I was told to check my email & junk folder which I did and guess what, NOTHING! Had they notified me, I could have ordered from another place. I am beyond pissed off by this and if you are smart, don't use this company to order anything from.

I placed an order with this company online before 9:10am CST on 12/16/2025 with a guarantee that it would delivered that same day before 2pm.

Today is 12/17/2025 at 8:15pm CST and my cousin who lives in Houston Tx who was supposed to get the order delivered to her job yesterday still hasn't gotten the order.

I called the number on the bottom of the receipt this morning at 7:25am CST and spoke with a representative named Donna. I repeated over and over to her I just wanted my money replaced. She placed me on hold told me she spoke with the delivery driver and it was on the truck for delivery today. When I asked to speak with a supervisor I was told by her that he wouldnt be in until after 4:30pm CST because of a family emergency. The only reassurance she could give me was that she would follow up with me later with a phone call. Needless to say I got no phone called returned, no money refunded and no delivery made.

I should have done my research on reviews and I would have NEVER ORDERED THROUGH THIS BUSINESS. I am going to do a review on every possible platform, website and app I can for this company!

If I could give this business a negative rating, I would. I ordered a deluxe bouquet for my wife’s birthday and specifically requested same-day delivery. The shop confirmed my order and sent an email stating the flowers would be delivered later that day.
At 4:36 PM, I happened to check my email and saw a message saying that due to “supply issues,” they were unable to fulfill my order. No phone call, no advance notice, just a last-minute cancellation after assuring me the delivery would happen.
When I called to ask why they didn’t inform me earlier so I could order from another florist, I was told, “We already canceled your order and refunded the amount, there’s nothing we can do.” That was it. No apology, no effort to help, nothing.
To make matters worse, the representative claimed they were a local flower shop in the same town I live in, which is completely false.
This company is unreliable and deceptive. Do not do business with them unless you’re willing to risk having your order canceled at the last minute with no warning.

They pulled the old bait and switch. What was advertised and what was delivered were two completely different arrangements. Please don't use this fraudulent business. I spent $80 for daisies and dead roses.

Read all reviews before ordering. Too bad, so sad if you don’t. Ruth adds a $19 service fee on top of taxes, then claims delivery “down the road” is free. Orders will not be canceled—even with plenty of notice.
They hide the service fee.
Customer service that you’ll communicate with Ashi, Lauren (auto AI bots) shows little to no concern for customer satisfaction. The actual value of the arrangement is about $35 at a local florist.

Save yourself the money and frustration. Buy local and have a friend deliver it—don’t give them a cent.

You will be charged $106 for 35 dollars worth of flowers.

I was embarrassed when I saw the flower that I ordered for the musselman funeral. When I spoke with you when ordering I was told the cactus would be bloomed out. I certainly didn't expect to see a christmas cactus the size of something that could be bought at CVS for $15.00. Especially since i paid for the medium size as opposed to the small.Attached is what I ordered and what I received.

Very disappointed. I ordered a large floral basket with several types of flowering plants, and got one bloom amidst some small green leafy plants. Plus, it was delivered a day late and by Amazon. What's that about? I requested a refund, but I don't think I'll get it. Next time, I'll read the reviews first.

I ordered a 120.00 funeral arrangement and the flowers were wilted and embarrassing. They looked nothing like the photo. When contacted they wanted a picture of the flowers. I was not about to take a picture of the flowers when they're sitting right next to a casket how tacky is that? They said without a picture of the flowers. There was nothing they could do. I would steer clear of them. The flowers barely filled the vase. They were falling over and Brown.

AWFUL !!!! Ruined a birthday delivery. No call. No nothing . When I called said they couldn’t fulfill order . AWFUL

I would give it a ZERO stars if I could!!! My aunt is dying and I wanted her to get these flowers to hopefully cheer her up while she is in Hospice! SOOOO dissappointed!!!! Ordered flower were NEVER delivered!!!

WORST experience EVER!!!!! Do not do business with them. They are scam company hiring workers that barely speak english from another country pretending to be a local florist. They basically take your money, deliver no flowers and getting your money back will take an act of congress.
I ordered flowers for my daughters grand opening of her business. They never arrived and Im out $150.00.
They asked me my budget and then charged exactly that amount. They lie to you about everything, the delivery, saying it was delivered when it was not. Saying it was on the truck, when it was not. Telling me the manager would call me back, no one calls. Also telling me they will do an investigation.
Im feeling as though I should close my credit card before they rob me. Its that kind of company!!! Run as fast as you can to get away from them.

If I could rate zero stars I would. First when the Bouquet was delivered or was left on the doorstep,no knock no doorbell ring just left it outside of my daughter's apartment where it could have been taken.Second she said the card smelled like cigarettes.Third was the Bouquet looked nothing like the one I ordered online.This one was sadly and poorly made, I could have made a nicer one.And last I had chose Assorted color mylar balloons and it came with one small Mylar balloon on a stick.Do not use this business they are horrible.
