Horrible customer service. This company is a COMPLETE scam. Stay far AWAY from this company. I had to file a fraud charge with my credit card company because they are a complete scam. I wish I would've read the review.

I wish I could have chosen no stars. I ordered a flower arrangement for my aunt's birthday. She was turning 99 years old. I was told the flowers would be delivered on Saturday, one day before her birthday. Not until 5:15 pm of the day the flowers were to be delivered, did I receive an email stating that due to supplier issues the order could not be fulfilled. If this is actually a business, they should be shut down!!!!!

One star because zero isn't an option. BUYER BEWARE! I ordered flowers for hospital delivery, and the charge was posted to my credit card almost immediately. The flowers never arrived, and when I called the company at the number on the website, they said they had no record of the order, despite the charge going through and the email confirmation I received. I was told they would call back, but there was no follow-up to any of my calls or messages, and no resolution. I am out $90. Next stop, the Better Business Bureau…

I recently ordered flowers from Ruth’s Roses for my mother’s funeral. I placed my order well ahead of the funeral. I live 3 hours from where my mother lives and was traveling to my mother’s home on Wednesday afternoon to finish arrangements for the funeral on Saturday. While in route I received an email notifying that they were canceling my order due to supply chain issues. When I complained about the inconvenience that they had caused they sent a rude and offensive email stating how quickly they refunded my credit card payment. Absolutely disgusting customer care during a very emotional time. Instead of being able to spend time with family and friends I had to scramble to find a local brick and mortar florist and hope they would be able to help. Lesson learned. Never order from these online shops and that especially applies to Ruth’s Roses. My advice is to find and order directly from a brick and mortar florist!

We had an awful experience!!! We ordered what we thought was going to be a beautiful plant for a new co-worker's welcome gift and after days of trying to figure out why it hadn't been delivered what arrived was a sad bunch of dying flowers with dirty water in the vase. No card. When trying to work it out with their customer service with photos of what we experienced, instead of making it right immediately we were told they would need to escalate to a manager and "investigate". Several days later (and after we spent additional money and ordered a replacement from another florist) we received word that Ruth's would "make it right" by giving us a partial refund for the cost of our order. Not the way to do business or take care of people trying to be customers. We won't ever use them again and will be telling others about our experience.

This place is a complete scam. It is not a locally owned florist, but rather some sort of a clearinghouse. I spent the better part of a day being put on hold being transferred. Ultimately, they took my order and my money, and then followed up with an email that said they couldn't complete the order because of supply chain issues. Completely deceptive, I'm absolutely disgusted with this business, and they should be shut down.

And made the payment by phone .. the next thing the Customer Service Rep canceled our order without any notice ..or giving us any other options … very disappointed and . horrible customer service ! I never recommend anyone to order flowers from them . I would give zero stars ..

I wish it was possible le to give a negative number for a review. This is the worst company I ever dealt with. I placed an order, the agent on the phone suggested a bouquet. I asked seven times if they would be able to deliver it on rhe same day and they assured me they could. Only to be told through email 3 hours later that they couldnt fulfill the order. I expressed my discontent with them only to receive a generic apology. I think it's terrible that they provide such a low level of service but still are advertised like they are a reputable business. Because of them my wife missed out on her just because gift.

ZERO STARS if I could do that! Within minutes I realized an error and called and they refused to cancel my order, SCAM

I accidentally ordered 2 vases of flowers - same flowers, same person. Called twice,they answered the phone I and requested to cancel one of the two orders. They disconnected me twice. No street address that I can see on line. Are they even real? Can I call better business bureau?

Ruth's Roses is a scam! Ordered a plant for a coworker who lost her baby and they did not deliver the flowers to her home, but sent me a photo of a holiday arrangement delivered to an apartment building! Not what I delivered and not the right address. I have been going back and forth with them for three weeks with no resolution. Called another local florist and was told this happens often with Ruth's Roses. I was told to always make sure the floral shop has an address on the map when you are searching and call them directly.

THIS IS A FAKE COMPANY! THEY ARE A SCAM! THEY TOOK 100.00 FROM MY DAD! NEVER DELIVERED THE FLOWERS!

If i could give them a zero I would. DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM THEM. They don't deliver.

Quoted me one price and then charged me $20 more.
This business is totally unethical.

If I could give them a 0 I would. Ordered flowers 3 days ago and still have not received any flowers. Their customer service just makes excuses and never gave me any hope that I would ever receive the flowers I ordered.

If zero stars were available I would give them that. The worst service I have ever experienced! Placed an order for out of state funeral service, requested multiple times that they confirm they could fulfill my order before paying from "Terry's Florist" then received a voicemail canceling from Ruth's Roses. Rep I spoke with wouldn't even explain that part. Apparently there is not one flower in the whole town.

DONT DO IT! This place is either a scam or they just don’t care.
They cancelled AFTER the funeral service. Unbelievable bad business.

Do NOT order from this supposed vendor. They are a SCAM!!! I placed an order only to discover it was not delivered yet I have a confirmation of such. When calling them there is conveniently no manager or supervisor. I have turned this into credit card company to hopefully resolve the issue.

I chose a simple Christmas arrangement with a specific color and they sent something totally different. I contacted them immediately and they have not resolved the issue. I will never order from there again. If you don't have the product pick up the phone!
