This was a terrible experience. I ordered flowers for a funeral and received confirmation of the order. Over 24 hours later I received an email saying my money was refunded and the order was not fulfilled. I called to understand how this was possible given the prior exchanges and was told "sorry". When i asked to speak to a manager I was told they do not have one and there is nothing else they could do. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS TERRIBLE VENDOR, IF THEY ARE EVEN REAL.

Literally brought the flowers and then took them away due to the flowers needing to be delivered by another local florist and there was an issue with payment between the two. I have no words - these were sympathy flowers for a death and they brought the flowers and card then took them away. When I called they said it was due to a supply issue - the flowers were delivered!!!

Ruths Roses in Columbia, Tennessee, canceled my funeral home delivery for the morning of Feb 7 at 10 ,the night of Feb 5th .2026. They said they did not have the flowers to make the order. The event was the funeral of my sister. Wish I could give them 0 stars.

Ruthsroses out Hamilton, Ohio very quickly and intelligently took down their online presence this evening after we confronted their poor buisness practices. I was in a particular rush. It never entered my mind to check the reviews before ordering or I'd clearly have noted their over 90% negative reviews! Briefly: ordered a very expensive red roses bouquet for a birthday/40th anniversary. We met dealines for ordering. They took our credit-card information and we recieved confirmation of receipt and delivery. The buisness has a gorgeous web page, well-designed to give the impression Ruthsroses is well-established and respected. Nothing on that ordering/web page suggested they held the right to deliver at a later day and/or time, to switch-out different flowers, or that they may not be able to fulfill requests if the "supply chain" fails. Waited all afternoon and early evening to hear the recipient recieved them. Nothing. At the close of a buisness day, we get the call that they wont have the roses until tomorrow and will have to deliver them then. No way! The celebration was TODAY, not tomorrow! If they would have said, "We will do our best to have it delivered today, but no guarentees." We'd get it. If their contractual info page had stated, "Susceptible to the supply chain and may contact you for suitable substitutes", we'd have had an opportunity to decide if we wanted to take that risk. If they would have checked supply before confirming an order and accepting payment, we might have had time to contact a different florist, and surprise our recipient as planned. No trouble taking our money, however, and confirming our order and delivery that day in a following email receipt! Again, we clearly met THEIR deadline for ordering. We cancelled and demanded a refund, telling them we will be expecting a receipt showing the refund and will be contacting them tomorrow for confirmation. We'll see what happens. We definitely will stop payment on our credit card and request a new one if we hear nothing. READ THE REVIEWS, PEOPLE AND SAVE YOURSELF THESE HEADACHES!

SCAM
If I could give zero stars I would! They're running a scam business, I originally was supposed to get flowers delivered same day but after not receiving them, I called and was notified they made a mistake and could deliver the following day with extra flowers. The following day those flowers never came... I received an email from them stating they were giving me a refund because they were unable to fulfill my order. There was no replacement offered due to the flowers and fillers they had "did not meet company expectation"! Do Not Recommend!

They Failed Us—and Failed to Honor His Service When It Mattered Most
I ordered a standing spray from Ruth’s Roses to honor the military service of a very dear friend of ours—a man who stood beside us as a groomsman in our wedding. On Christmas Eve, we received the devastating news that he would not make it through the night. Our hearts broke, and we wanted to show how much he meant to us by sending a spray for his funeral.
We received a confirmation days before the service, so we trusted everything was in place. But on the day of the funeral, nothing was delivered. Not a call. Not an update. Nothing. It was absolutely embarrassing and deeply hurtful during an already painful moment.
Their only response was a simple apology and a notice that a refund would take 3–5 business days. No urgency. No accountability. No understanding of the emotional weight of their failure.
I wish I had seen the other reviews beforehand, because I would have NEVER ordered from this company. As an Air Force Veteran myself, it’s already hard enough to see how we are treated in life—this experience showed me how poorly we can be treated in death as well.
I do not recommend this company to anyone. Their lack of reliability and compassion is unacceptable, especially when families are grieving and depending on them to deliver something meaningful.

Ordered on line, says its local family owned business. It is not. Sympathy basket never delivered, although they state it was and will open an investigation and get back to us in 48 hours. This is unacceptable.

We were excited to get flowers to a valued client on the day she got home from surgery - flowers ordered on time from the website's guidelines. I got a call from the company that delivery would be delayed to the next day, due to being out of the flowers we ordered. No problem, we were flexible. The next day came, and without a phone call/text, they cancelled the order. I'm lucky I glanced at my email (it was the weekend) so we could order through a different vendor.

You will never get anything that looks like their website images, instead you can expect nothing better than an arrangement that look like it is from the cooler at your walmart. It's a huge scam and I am going on a mission to end them as a company.

No stars if possible. Ordered a plant for my daughter's birthday, thinking I was dealing with a local florist in her area. There was a delivery charge, and the total came to just under $100. I confirmed that they had the planter shown in the web page. "Yes." It looked beautiful. She would be happy. She sent me a picture of what she received with a thank you note. It was an embarrassment! Tiny plain white pot and small plant. Not the beautiful black oriental pot with the money tree. I called them immediately to report their mistake. Sorry, nothing to be done. I wanted them to deliver the right order and take back the mistake. No good. I tried to get this righted but they were unwilling. Without my knowledge they put a small credit on my charge card. Does not come near the cost nor does it mitigate the embarrassment of what they delivered.

Worst experience every. I buy flowers weekly, so I decided to give this florist a try. I placed my order before 6am and still did not get it delivered that day. Called the customer service number and had a very rude experience. I do not nor will I ever recomend this business.

A CBS2 investigative report titled "CBS2 Investigates TerrysFlorist.com" previously looked into this network and identified Anthony Picco, CEO of ArcoMediaGroup, as a key figure associated with these operations. The report noted that while these sites claim to be local, they often lack physical storefronts in the communities they claim to serve, a practice known as "deceptive localism." My research into the management of this network led me to official filings from the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office involving individuals associated with this operation and a prior multi-million dollar judgment regarding financial misrepresentation.
I eventually secured a refund, but only after informing the company of my formal filings with the NJ Attorney General, the Nevada AG, and the FBI’s IC3. If you are looking for a genuine local florist, I suggest verifying a physical street address and calling the shop directly before providing your personal or financial information. In my opinion, when you provide your name, address, and credit card info here, there is a chance it may be used for secondary commercial purposes by ArcoMedia Group.

Do not do business with this company. They accepted my payment immediately and promised same-day delivery, only for me to hear nothing for hours. I eventually learned they didn’t even have the product—or any of the live plant items they advertise on their website—in stock.
This delay nearly prevented me from finding another company that could fulfill the delivery that day. I am still hoping to receive a refund.

How does this company hold a license? Please revoke. Ladies over the phone so positive and then fail to deliver flowers to my moms funeral. This company poses as a local company , provided an address that’s invalid. Again what is going on here is plain fraudulent.
Didn't notify me until it was too late to replace..
The flowers were supposed to arrive between 4:40 and 5, but at 4:40 I received a text that they didn't have fresh flowers so the arrangement couldn't be made or delivered until the next day. I talked to them in person, and they didn't offer any assistance. The flower delivery was time sensitive. They knew this when the flowers were ordered. Terrible experience. Seems like I'm not the only one. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering.
Spring Blooms Bulb…
I ordered the Spring Blooms Bulb Basket. It was delivered but to the wrong address, that was on me. When i contacted them about the mistake, I asked if they could have the driver go back and pick it up and deliver to the right address. They kept trying to go away from responsibility. I told them who it was suppose to be delivered to, why didnt you check for the recipient? Do you just hand stuff over without verifying the recipient, they wouldnt answer that after repeating it several times. I would not recommend this company to anyone. If they cannot guarentee their delivery. So now i'm out $80. Worst place ever.
