I bought a pair of boots. They sent me a bad copy. It’s clearly a counterfeit product. I sent them back to get a refund, they let me know that they refuse to refund me because I tried them on. They’re in perfect state, it’s a lie. I’ll press charges in the next days.

Terrible customer crevice, some of order items haven’t arrived, I asked for refund, they used all kind of excuses not refund, like they couldn’t accept because these items was on on sale and it is not refundable, which wasn’t on sale and no any notes about it.
Lately they said that was technical issue not able to refund and after 4 months writing emails still waiting for refund. Communication is very poor and not reliable.

I don't understand why some people complain about these things.

I have always been very happy, I have made three purchases in the last year. Everything was perfect and only once did I receive the product after 10 days.

Communication with them has always been within 24 hours and I have never had any problems!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! This company is a total scam. Paid around 150 euros for a pair of shoes and it's been more than a month, the order tracking isn't working since the shoes are probably coming from China and not Italy as many of the REAL reviews say (not the fake accounts giving this site a 5 star rating). The customer "support" isn't helpful at all, the "woman" I was talking through email called "Jane" (fakest name ever, but nice try) told me that she's going to "open an investigation" as to why my order is taking more than a month to arrive and why the order tracking isn't updated. Couple weeks pass by and nothing - no word from them. Said this was unacceptable and I required a refund - got hit by another "I've opened an investigation". No updates. Reading the other reviews made me realise how fraudulent this "company" actually is (from what I understand they regularly change shell/holding companies so to avoid consequences and/or to hide their origin).

Just got my hands on some Sasaia kicks, and let me tell you, they're like walking on clouds! these shoes arrived faster than expected, and they're incredibly soft. Can't wait to take them out on the town!

Got myself some running shoes from Sasaia, but they were a bit snug. thankfully, their customer service team was on it! they helped me out in a flash, letting me return the shoes even with a few scuffs. Swapped 'em for a bigger size, and now they fit like a glove!

I have ordered two times same model of boots and size was incorrect. Stupid was official response that i need to check size chart where are sizes also in cm and i have check everything there and take a picture with foot meter of actual size that was 2 cm smaller then it should according provided data, but in boots sticker was correct. Also extremely difficult to get refund be ready that support time will stop responding after a few messages about refund that lasts already 3 month

SCAM!!! PLEASE DO NOT BUY THERE!!!

I was fohlet by all the "good reviews" that they obviously bought. The Package was sent from China and not from Italy. I payed 140€ for a Jacket that was in such horrible conditions that i never sag something like that before. I sent it back to some Address in Italy and never bot a refund. I hat to talk to dustrem service from PayPal to solve this . Please do not the same mistake i did.

Une dénommé jane m’a répondu 4 fois pour me dire qu’elle ne sait pas où se trouve mon colis et qu’elle revient vers moi 24h/24h/72h depuis 2 semaines !
Bien sûre elle ne revient jamais vers vous !
Pourtant ils auraient pu expédier une nouvelle commande en express ou me proposer autres choses.

Aucun suivi de votre commande vous l’aurez compris .
Mon dernier contact date d’il y a 5 jours rester sans réponse.
