The Company is an entire scam

The Company is an entire scam! I bought boots online - After more than 6 weeks they finally arrived. Once I unboxed them I realized the shoes were of very bad quality and already damaged. Therefore I emailed with the Customer Service and sent them back to Italy at my own expense! Since them I am waiting for my refund (sent them back on 20th of december 2023). I send multiple emails and the only response I receive is „we will Check with logistic Department“.
I doubt that I will ever get my Money back. Complete SCAM - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I order boots realized the picture didn’t look legit so i asked them to cancel they said I’ll be refunded in 5-10 days then the boots came and of course they looked all fake glue everywhere and the smell was awful i requested a return and refund they said i had to pay for shipping from my own pocket??? To Italy!!! Please be aware.

I wish I had read these reviews before buying but I do agree with all of them. They are a fake Chinese company posing as “premium Italian”. The only thing worse than the “quality” of their shoes is their customer service. And yes, the shoes do smell horrible, like kerosene or something awful. I want to return for a refund and they’re MIA. They argue that it’s because the high amount of CS request. But if the do receive a lot of requests if because their product sucks right? Happy costumers don’t waste time contacting them and writing reviews like the fake, ai generated 5 stars reviews the have here. DO NOT BUY!!!

No confirmation email, no tracking number, I paid with Apple Pay, I’m sending emails and messages at fb page and none one answering 🤷🏼‍♂️ , scam? I don’t know but for sure terrible customer service and company as well.

Terrible Quality and Customer Service, Clothing Dupes

I ordered a month ago and when I got a shipping confirmation a week later, one of the shoe color had changed (from black to white). I emailed immediately with screenshots of the order confirmation with the correct shoe color (black) and the shipping confirmation they sent with the wrong color (white).

I did not hear back for 7 days and when I did they said the order has already been shipped and their records show I ordered white ignoring the screenshots of the emails THEY sent. They do not respond to me so I email a couple more times and they say my case has been escalated.

7 more days pass and no response to an "escalated" case. The order arrives and only 2 of the 3 shoes actually arrive. The two boxes are simply wrapped in a plastic bag and taped together so it's pretty clear a 3rd shoe box was never shipped. I open the box and the smell is awful. Like gasoline and self tanner. One of the shoes is the wrong color and both of the soles aren't quality, they feel like a very light foam that will for sure wear out quickly. The leather is also laminated for a fake shine.

I emailed again requesting for an immediate refund for the shoe that was not sent and a prepaid shipping label for to send the other two shoes back. Have not heard back.

The website says I am responsible for return shipping and this is clearly a Chinese company so I'm not sure how much that will be if they don't prepay this shipping.

I feel silly for not doing my research before considering all these terrible reviews from people experiencing the same thing as me and all the obvious paid reviews on this site to counter the bad ones on the same day.

TL;DR:
- Quality of product is terrible and they smell so bad.
- Shipping times are really long.
- They say they are Italian but this is company based in China.
- Customer services is worse than the product.
- Seems that the headache of dealing with costly returns and terrible customer service is the way they make money, similar to a company that makes it so difficult to cancel a subscription so they can keep charging you.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! Do not buy from this company. They don’t have customer service…they have Ai responding. I’ve had 6 emails with the “customer service” asking where my package is and every time they reply “I’m sorry for the inconvenience, I’m going to investigate”. Then nothing happens. The responses to negative reviews are also likely not human responses. They’re all the same. They won’t give you a refund unless you contest the transaction with your credit card company. How does a scam like this continue to show up in my Instagram feed!!!??????

they don’t want to give REFUND

Hi,

Same as everyone below I’m not sure what to say , I ordered a pair boots which never arrived. The company is IGNORING any emails when I asked several times for a refund. I don’t mind where the item is coming from however, there never was a clear communication since the beginning. Eventually, the package “apparently” arrived in london and got marked as “delivered “. Royal Mail sent a random picture of package and when I called them, not even the company knew what happened. This package wasn’t even ever attempted to be delivered in a first place. Now it’s 4th week and they keep ignoring the emails and don’t want to give back my money. All they kept saying was , we apologise… with absolute no help or clarification on what is happening. Again, after the package got marked as delivered, which was a couple days ago, they fully and completely IGNORE YOU, no emails , no answers, I kept all our communication for records. I think this should be notified to the POLICE or any Authorities as that is not the way to conduct a business. It is funny because every customer is saying exactly the same. At this point I don’t want anything JUST MY MONEY BACK. So please act upon this , issue the refund asap, so we can go on with our lives. Thank you, Alexander

Very bad quality and horrible customer…

Very bad quality and horrible customer service. Ordered 6 articles for more than €600 but all in very bad quality and stinky smell, the sizes are completely different than regular sizes and when I asked to return the articles, I got ignored and blocked on Instagram. This company is copying models from other brands and breaching the European low and don't care about customers at all. Do not recommend others to buy something from this company...

This is likely a scam site. I ordered from This site and even got an order number and tracking number. I was given a failed delivery attempt notice and the shipper they used which was a company called uniuni was to automatically re-diliver in 48hrs but it has been almost a month now with no updates and no useful help from this store on how to resolve the issue of my not receiving the package they allege to have sent.

Avoid!!

Do not purchase from this site. Quality of the shoes are of Zara, maybe slightly worse. Shipping takes forever and comes from China, even though it saids it's "Italian". If you try to return it, they will ask you to send it to an address in Italy but no body will be there to receive. Also, they will not pay for return shipping. Had to ask CC to get the refund. Highly scammy.
