Oh, I've got some tea to spill. This is my second review btw. In short - the brand is a scam. Chinese produced products under an Italian and now UK proxy company. The same designs are also sold under the Vesta Minimal brand. Since my unfortunate purchase from an Italian-based entity in mid-November 2023, they changed jurisdiction to the UK and now operate under CLOTON LIMITED. The first review was taken down because I disclosed the name of the company's owner which is publicly available on the Companies House registry. But who wants Google to remember your name when you are a fraud, right?
The quality and sizing of the shoes were awful. First, I tried politely to cancel the order when saw a delivery from China, then politely requested a refund when sent the shoes back, but with no success. I have been waiting for my refund since December 2023, but in February 2024 I requested a chargeback from my bank and successfully won the case. So please, always request chargebacks because it's the only way to fight fraudsters.

Just received my order of shoes from SASAIA, and I couldn't be happier! While I had to wait a bit longer than expected, the shoes are worth it. Just got my boots from SASAIA a week ago, and they're fantastic! While I didn't receive a confirmation email or tracking number right away, I used Apple Pay a hassle-free payment process. Even though I've reaching out through email and Facebook for updates and haven't received a response yet. the boots themselves are top-notch!

SASAIA came through with my boots after a wait of over 2 weeks! Although the shoes weren't perfect and had some damage, I was pleased with the overall quality. After emailing Customer Service and sending them back to Italy at my expense and after 15 days i received my refund.

Non sono per nulla contento del prodotto.
Ho acquistato un paio di scarpe in "pelle" ma non lo sono affatto, anzi puzzano tremendamente di vernice e ho avuto irritazioni alle caviglie.
E' visibilmente un prodotto cinese di bassa qualità nonostante nel loro "about us" dicono di essere di firenze, mi spiace per voi ma siete molto lontani dai prodotti italiani.
Unica nota positiva che, almeno a me, hanno risposto alle mail.

The shoes are from China and the quality is awful. The shipping took a month and a half. Do not purchase.

Ordered one pair of shoes and one pair of boots. They don't necessarily stink but they smell HEAVILY of something.
Quality is bad. The soles showed wear after one day of use. Soles are way too soft. Gravel gets stuck on the soles all the time even tho they are completely flat.
Both of my ordered only got shipped after I asked when I could expect them to deliver.
The main problem though is that I've been made aware after my foolish order that they are both complete knock-offs of Marséll and Rick Owens.
