I spoke with Susan Hobbs and she arranged for Reece to attend that day - the emergency was my 96 year old dad was stuck upstairs
Unfortunately the old stairlift couldn’t be fixed but a new one was fitted the very next day by Shaun
Given the urgency they moved the appointment as early as they could in the schedule
We couldn’t be there but Shaun took the time to explain and demonstrate for my dad

Looking for someone to come and repair my existing stairlift, Senior Stairlift were more than happy to come out the same day to help me, to my great relief. Having decided to order a new stairlift they came out two days later and fitted it. Sue briefed me on a Thursday and made a service delivery promise at the same time. We agreed on the Friday after I'd first spoken to the family, Reece came over to Mayfield on the Tuesday and installed an excellent piece of kit. Reece was charming and efficient and Sue could not have been more helpful. The price was as promised and very reasonable - well done `Senior Stairlifts'.

The time between measuring up for the lift and actual delivery was extended due to the tight awkwardness of the stair. Once delivered it was fitted without fuss and very tidy.

We tried many companies to find a stair lift for our very difficult stairs - the house is grade 2 listed and the stairs narrow and bendy. We were delighted to find Senior Stairlifts who had no problem at all and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Jordan knew exactly what he was doing and was very pleasant and helpful. Now it’s fully installed and working beautifully. Thank you!

Just to say senior Stairlifts after one phone call arranged for engineer Daniel to visit to check the problem I was having with my stair lift he diagnosed with about 15mins contacted his office and they arranged replacement part which he came next day and replaced the part .its not often that any firm will respond so promptly.I recommend Senior Stairlift for their help and advise if mobility becomes a problem Thank You Mrs Carol Meecham

I was very impressed with Senior Stairlifts. Our existing stairlift wasn't working properly so I called our usual repair company and waited a week for a response but didn't get one. I then rang Senior Stairlifts who got someone out to me the next day.
A new chair was needed so we had to wait for the replacement but not too long. Reece called me an hour before he was getting to me and arrived on time. He was friendly and polite and soon got work completing the job in no time including testing to ensure it worked perfectly. Reece left the area clean and tidy.

My father recently passed away and my Mother who suffers from dementia decided she wanted to live with us.

Or... at least that's how it panned out; it was intended for a night or two but ended up being much more.

Suffering from Alzheimers and Arthritis was a struggle to get upstairs so we looked into stairlifts.

A couple of company's made contact however Senior Stairlifts from the get go knew exactly what we required.

The initial survey was done very quickly and efficiently and the lift installed according to the timescale we had been given. Inquiries over the phone were dealt with immediately by a real person. The installer, Rowan, did an excellent job yesterday and left things very clean and tidy. So far we are very pleased and would thoroughly recommend Senior Stairlifts.

Quick and easy process with friendly staff, right from first phone call, through to installation. Left the property clean and tidy, reasonable prices.

The ‘consultation’ was not very thorough - the chap seemed oblivious to our narrow staircase and my height. We offered to have a radiator moved to make more space but were told no need, however upon installation it was obvious the radiator needed moving as we had little space left to walk up the stairs. We moved the radiator after the fact and Senior Stairlifts had to return to move the stairlift. We were only given one choice of stairlift, a manual one which I am finding difficult to use. They did offer to reto-fit an automatic one for an extra £500 but by then we had lost all faith in Senior Stairlifts. Sadly, we are disappointed with the outcome.

RESPONSE TO SENIOR STAIRLIFTS’ COMMENT:
ABSOLUTE RUBBISH…. You can twist facts around to explain the service we received, but we know the truth! Please do not ‘phone again in the misguided hope we’ll change our review.

Had a small issue with a re-furbed stair lift purchased in Jan for my father .Tried to get in contact with the company over the weekend but they had issues with the phones. Joe called me up first thing today - listened to my issues - explained the situation and promised me someone would be out today. True to his word , Carl came out and explained everything to my mum and was extremely patient. Joe then called me up to make sure all was okay - A happy mum is a happy son. Thank you Joe / Carl - top draw after sales service.

Had complete new stairlift fitted today by engineer called Scot Was supposed to be fitted saturday but the old lift gave up last night and couldn't use it Scot came to the rescue came fitted new lift brilliant can't thank him enough 👍
