Don't ever use them. They just want to sell - they push you after inspecting the car and "make you feel you have to buy more". After doing service - and that provider did well - they have been following up on me. I sold my cars and bought 2 new cars - these cars are in a service contract. But servicemycar still calls me down, send messages and cannot stop this. Don't start speaking to them - it's a nightmare

Worst company for car service don’t use their service they are unprofessional and destroyed my husbands Infiniti steering wheel and total rip off your money Don’t trust them for your car . When my husband calls them and ask them to fix the problem they completely refuse it.

After reading the reviews they must try the same tactics with everyone. They have had my car for over 1 week and not done anything, they need another week to fit the parts. I have caught them charging double what other garages normally charge for the same parts. They pressured me into telling them what i think is wrong with the car in order to try find more faults. I found the exact same tires in other garages for AED700 less, same for parts and "labour".

They collected my Ford car with basic charge of AED199 and asked for the troubles. Each trouble you mention means you have to pay for each diagnostic which cost you around AED170 to 340. They will inspect the car and may come up with more. So, for initial diagnostic, the cost came around AED1500 + AED199 just for inspection. You are obliged to accept the cost online as the car is already with them. The inspection cost they say would be deducted when you accept the repair cost. I waited 10days for the offer, and the cost reached approx. AED11,000 which is unbelievably high for basic repair. For coolant leak, they offered the complete line and unless you ordered all the parts, they cannot deduct the inspection cost + all other lists. It seems my car was held up. I either pay the high cost or return the car with high inspection charges. They returned the car after 13days with the same problem from the beginning! Total scam, waste of money, time and cost of taxi without my car.

Never trust them with your German Car they will ruin it

Sent my BMW for service and also paid additional for oil leakage diagnosis. A detailed report was shared with me (things that need to be fixed/replaced) including prices for replacement of some parts and labour.
I got service done but didn't fix the oil leak problem because the prices they quoted were too damn high.

Now the main problem- They returned car back with issues which were never there at first pace (car shaking at turns). Upon checking with their mechanical team this is what they said
1- Upon lifting the car for fixing this can happen because of the tyre weight (never heard anything as lame as this excuse)
2- Dont worry about it, it can get fixed on its own.

Now I am having serious issues in my car since then. Regret taking it to them

I Called "Service My Car" Friday at 3PM to book aircon service/repair on my Merc GLE AMG. Was told they wud look at it Saturday when the workshop opened but would pick up the car Friday evening. By Saturday noon I had had 3 conversations with two different persons. Was told they would send me a "diagnostics report" by Monday evening. Told them it's a simple aircon issue, either the compressor is broken, system out of gas or gas is leaking. Takes maximum 5 minutes to do a pressure test and trouble shoot a car aircon in a modern car. Was told the car in the workshop and waiting to "perform diagnostics test" and I would get the report Monday evening. I kept challenging them about why it should take them 48 hours to make a "diagnostics report" on something that takes 10 mins to do - all they could do was repeating the same answers again and again like robots. I told them to return my car Saturday and was sick and tired listening to their rubbish about them needing 48 hours to do a "diagnostics report" as if they were performing brain surgery. Had I left my car with them, I would have wasted Friday to Tuesday or Wednesday before getting it back. Their people just keep lying to get cars sent to them for repairs and hiding behind some utterly ridicules "diagnostics report" which in my case would be a one or two liner; either compressor broken, no gas or gas leaking. I could have driven the car to anyone of more than 500 repair shops in Al Quoz myself and have it checked and repaired on the spot. I'd never recommend anyone to waste time on this company.

Wastage of money. Bad service ever seen in my life.

I did a car washing service and the washer guy was a very nice guy, my car was cleaned to a high standard I’ll definitely use this again so far I’ve used the service and the car wash , it’s a very handy app to have because it also lets you book if you ever need a recovery or a flat tyre or a flat battery ! It’s so good ! I’ve recommended it to everyone I know . It makes you at ease when your driving just to know I can get help and the things I need for my car all in one place. The worst service i ve ever experienced. They kept my car for 28 days, and then they send it back to me without even test drive, so i got back my car with same issues as before i send it to garage. Disaster, charged me 7k and car still not fixed. Very unprofessional, do not use it!

The worst service ever! Very poor communication and service without full report of inspection. Hefty charges for simple checks which are unacceptable. They charged me for a wiper not working and it was not fixed..

Worst service ever!!!

I sent my car for service last Thursday and was advised that I will receive it back on Friday 6pm. The car delivery was delayed due to poor coordination between their logistics and customer service departments. I had to cancel an important appointment due to the car late delivery!!!

I ended up receiving the car the day after and when I received it, I found the hand break broken. It seems that I sent the car to them to break it rather than service it!!

Don’t hire this company for car service. They are very unprofessional.

Worst service, the car came back still unserviced and reflecting service due on the dashboard! Never dealing with your company again and would advise anyone that cares about their time to go somewhere else!

Time wasters! Mention they have service in dubai and Abudhabi and then say a location in Abudhabi is too far. Most unprofessional
