I read the reviews and was a little dubious about using servicemycar. My Kia Picanto was due a service and the RTA test and they offered convenience so I took my chance, and I am so glad that I did.

From start to finish, the service was fantastic, they arrived on time to collect my vehicle and I was kept updated on progress, provided a video of the 360 inspection and shown a concern with a small leak. The quotation broke down the costs, and I was provided the option to accept or reject this work. I found it acceptable and went ahead with the repairs.

Unfortunately, I had a family bereavement that meant I had to fly out of the UAE instantly, whilst servicemycar still had my car....why did I even worry?.... their customer service (Mary) was so helpful and offered a few solutions. My car was repaired, tested, a convenient link sent for payment and my car returned to my home ready for my return. On return, I have been back and on notification to servicemycar, my key has been returned to me...GREAT SERVICE!!

I will use servicemycar again, great service, helpful and convenient.

I took my car in for a major service check and to have spongy brakes looked at. They then change the front brakes and discs which were less than a year old (Not necessary) saying that was the issue but did not check the brake system overall. I then drove the car only to loose almost all braking on my second drive, extremely dangerous. The head mechanic then lied to my face saying they checked the vehicle system, I told them to check it there and then and a whole lot of messages popped up, conveniently this was and I quote “Accidentally deleted” when I asked for the record of this as proof the next time. My car was then stuck at the service center for a month whilst the correct parts were ordered. The total this has cost me over and above the fix is car hire 2400dhs, the unnecessary original front brakes change 1500dhs, plus the inconvenience of my car loss for almost 40 days. Oh and by the way, the car had other small issues, then checked and they are still there, left unfixed only quickly cleared. Even when I complained and asked for a manager to get in touch with me nobody called. Overall this is the worst experience I have had here in Dubai in almost 20 years and to top it all off a minor discount of 200dhs was offered and nobody writing or phoning to apologize for all the mess ups along the way.

We took our car for a repair estimate for door locks and rear door spring on 27th april Tuesday till date have not received any estimate for the above issues. Spoke to a number of customer service agents and no use, they do not know when will the estimate be sent. Also they are ok if they loose customers due to their delayed response. Never will use servicemycar or recommend it to anyone

Took 8 days to service a ford explorer (not partiularly rare in these parts). Delivery promised on Tues, Weds, Thrs - eventually delivered Friday morning. Lots of parts /work required, which was a big surprise given the vehicle had just come out of a 5-year Ford service pack.

Everything that could of been done wrong went wrong. They then drop the car off not once but twice with the same problem I paid to be fixed. Would never use again!
