Very bad service experiences.waist of time and money..never repeat it again

Absolutely awful service. The communication they provide is dreadful and they didn’t stick to any timeline they had originally given me. They kept the car for four days, overcharged work and delivered late! Will never use this service again!!

I trusted for first time to this company a 80,000AED Ford car for just a normal service and after 2 months I received a useless and dangerous car
I have to send it to another service company to check all over again

Double 0 stars. Worst ever service garage, worst part is that they are thieves. They inspected my car and gave me a big bill of nearly 8000 qar. They promised that they will remove the inspection charges and give me discount if I accept their online quote . Once you accept the quote the quote disappears and then after repair they sent me invoice with inflated prices , zero discount and all labour included, the ones not even included

I checked with Toyota lexus and even they are cheaper, so what is the point of doing repairs with these people and more over car was delivered dirty and the mechanic telling me to clean it . They want to charge 8000 and did not have care to even wash it

My car is with them for 3 days , upon delivery late at night they demanded for payment and trying to hold me hostage to their demand saying if you don't pay we will not release the car. So now I am without a car for 4 days

Absolutely disgusting services , these guys are not professional mechanic they are professional thieves , stay away from them

Firstly, giving servicemycar 1 star is too much and undeserving. I hope this review serves as a guidance and helps those searching for a good service and repair company. My experience with servicemycar resulted in money and time lost. They kept my car for 3 weeks and charged me for replacing a part that didn't fix the problem. They told me it would take 45 days to get a part, I found and purchased the part myself ...but after installing it, my cars problem wasn't resolved. They charged me for a visual diagnostic and that took two days to get back to me. The service is slow and they left my car to collect dust .The communication from the service advisor is slow and I had to continuously call to get follow up. They told me I needed to get another partt costing 5000 dhs. This company is unprofessional, don't be fooled by the quick pick up , if your car has an issue the drop off will take weeks and they will find problems that are not related to your actual problem. I had to get my car as is and took it to my dealership for a professional diagnostic and repair. A complete waste of money, time and energy. Never again!! Save yourself the headache.

This garage is also known as “Autofix Multibrand Car service Center” in Abu Dhabi.
Like many other clients I have been lured by the low costs and the pick up/drop off vehicle service.
When it comes to repairs, firstly the costs are not overpriced, this is clearly a scam, even for small parts they will drain your money as much as possible.
Now, when we talk about services and reliability of their job, it is terrifying and I will not mention here the delays.
Everyday, I had a message alert for weeks on my board, I paid them for the sanity check of the vehicle, they came back to me with their report and this issue was not detected. I asked them to check that, and they replied that I have to pay for another check since this alert was not visible when the car was checked. What kind of inspection are they doing? I had to explain them what to check exactly. Response came back: “Change all the suspensions + compressor”. Given the amount requested and because it was not detected before I chose to go to another garage to double check this information.
In the meantime, another issue occurred after they replaced the front stabilizer bar, a metalic noise under the car when I was turning my wheels appeared. I contacted them and I have been asked to bring the car again for another control. Conclusion: “This is due to a plastic part (but this is a metalic noise when I drive) which touches the wheel.” And the best part is: “Suspensions and compressor are in good condition”.They were asking me to pay 1 month before 15k+ to replace those parts and now everything is good!!! Since I was there physically, I also showed the message alert. Response from the technician: Silence…
The other garages I have seen reported: Stabilizer bar was not properly fixed and consequently has been damaged (this is the metalic noise).
Also, some little parts that were supposed to be replaced by new ones has been reported as to be replaced by other garages.
And to confirm this last part, when I did my very first check with them, they were supposed to verify the fluid levels, 2 weeks later my car was signaling that the cooling liquid was empty… I had to buy this and do it by myself.
This garage is a real danger. No Need to contact their customer service, they are denying everything and Jason, the sales, is absolutely not reliable. Also, don’t waste your time with discount requests, it doesn't even pay you the taxi for one trip, you will get 0.001%... a joke, an insult…

Not reccomended. They kept my car for more than 2 weeks. I told them that the problem was not the battery but they insisted, and at the end they change the battery and send the car back after I paid. After a few days, the car died again. I called the customer service and they told me that they would call me back... I am still waiting. Total waste of time and money. Never again

Terrible - just a cheap ploy to get the car to their garage and then. They send recommended works to approve/reject via a link, but not the things I asked them to look at. The portal keeps hanging, so I can't actually proceed with anything. First time I used them and will certainly be the last.

I got my BMW 5 series serviced with Service My Car recently. I booked a full service package and the recovery driver arrived as per schedule and picked up the car. I even informed him about some additional concerns of mine which was notified to the staff, so am really happy with the service.

Always saw there ads on the road and was a bit sceptical to try them but turns out, The team is Amazing , very helpful , collected my car on time , sent me regular updates, pricing was reasonable and very convenient for me as I’m busy in the office most days . The best parts is all of the above cost aed 349. Thank you 😊

I did major service here, after 2weeks strange noise form the front wheel. Taken to the service center they says the where
Baring to be changed. Still waiting for the quotation almost one week to get price. Don’t waste your time and money here.

Scammers, liars and not trustworthy.... If you want to waste your money, time, and deal with unprofessional technicians then choose SMC.

Note: Most of their positive Google reviews are fake and botted. You can see the same review written more than once by a different name.

There’s no proof of what parts were bought/replaced or if they were genuine or not. No pictures or invoice from “official distributor” or parts “supplier” for the parts. They only share their own invoice which they can write anything in it. It does not include the official part code or name of the items.

The most critical point, the main concerns that I had with my car that I clearly mentioned on the comments while booking where never fixed or diagnosed. No agent spoke of it, nor did the health check or report even mention it. All the parts that were highlighted or needed to be replaced had nothing to do with my main concern or why I even booked a service in the first place!

It’s clear that SMC was just following a standard of services without treating every customer on a case by case basis or taking a customer’s comments into consideration.

Now I must take the car to another service center to check my main concerns as I feel I only wasted time and money with SMC.

When the complaints department and technical person called me, I asked for a refund they ignored my request. I even told them I will raise a complaint to DED consumer rights, he carelessly said go ahead do what you want.

I found the service to be excellent and the sales person Sulaiman Baitamani was very helpful and made the whole process very smooth. I recommend others to go for the service contract as it’s very economical.

Worst experience, don't fall in there trap.

After purchasing a service contract, issues arose from the first major service related to the sudden stalling of my Lincoln MKC. I sent back the car and I was told that these issues had been resolved after I forked out another 1625 AED for new parts and labour.

Two weeks in to then driving the car, it was obvious that the same problems remained and that previous repair work done by "Service My Car" had resolved nothing! These guys don't know what they are doing and are working on the basis of "trial and error"!

Now, they are asking for payment of 4685 AED, for work which they are not certain will resolve the stalling issues for good. Absolute timewasters and a dishonest company with no basic business ethics!

I now want a full refund for the service contract and for the work done so far!

I had a major service for my Audi Q3 with them as i was okay with the quality of one of the previous services done in Sep 2021.

Why i am not happy ?

1. They charged me the full amount (420 AED) though i supplied my own engine oil, air filter, ac filter, spark plugs. The car was not clean when i received it. for a 4.6l Engine capacity, i gave them (4+1) 5 L Engine oil and asked them to share the bottles with me to assure that they use this oil and not something else in the engine. I did not recieve the empty bottle / or the bottle with left over oil.
2. The car was not clean. Not even vacuumed properly.
3. When i raised these concerns, they responded back with a standard " We apologise ....." call.
4. They were not willing to return the car on time and wanted to keep for a day more.
5. The inspection report they provide is very basic. They dont provide any pictures of defects rather trivial details like tyre pressure, coolant level etc..

Very bad experience with "Service my car"
They kept my car for 4 days to do a routine service check and minor repairs. The charges applied were really overpriced. It was impossible to get hold of the person in charge of the case, with a time consuming hotline always saying that he will call me back later. They even made some scratches to my car and dared telling me that it was already there before... I will definitively avoid them in the future

I would give 0 stars if possible. They have had my car for almost 8 weeks and it is still not fixed and they have no ETA. Initially i was impressed as they recommended some of the repairs were not worth investing in as it is an older car. However, they continued to "discover" more issues as they progressed and repairs costs increased above the amount I had initially discussed with them that was viable. The last request for additional approval came and I only gave my approval contingent on the car being ready in time for an event I needed it for. That time has come and long past. As of writing, I am 2 days past the last date I was provided for completion and when I followed up I found it had failed their QC and was with the technicians. Still no car and no idea when I will get it.

i had a very bad experience ...unless you want your car screwed up....and piles up with more and more money added to your service.
i had given my car for service and as a result the car comes back with the same condition while the amount has been paid. Very frustrated ...

Absolutely the worst service i have had from any company servicing a car in over 40 years of Driving, they claim to be specialists in several models, give you a report whats wrong then tell you they can't do the work because they can't get parts. Pointless taking any vehicle to them, amateurs
