Sheds Direct Ireland Reviews 

I bought a flat pack wheelbarrow from ShedsDirectIreland this May 2025. It was advertised as ‘Are you worried about the frame rusting? Don’t be! We’ve Galvanised the Steel frame so it won’t rust, providing you don’t scratch off the galvanisatio!’
I was surprised then when the wheelbarrow arrived fully assembled with rust already apparent and the galvanisation already damaged. It should never have left the premises.
Now the good news! I emailed ShedsDirect with my complaint and photos of the offending damage. And fair deuce to them they quickly gave me a full refund and said I could keep the wheelbarrow. An exceptional, no quibble, response which I commend them for.

I ordered an awning that subsequently couldn't be attached to our house. I called Shed direct and spoke with Louise who couldn't have been more helpful in the return process. It was a great experience

I am delighted with our new wooden shed. I have been trying for a long time to find a solution to a situation of no side entrance, living on a very busy main road, limited to on street parking and our garden has two levels. Sheds Direct Ireland were so helpful and offered solutions to a challenging situation. I received very good service from a sales lady in Finglas and today my 6x8 cottage style shed arrived. It looks absolute great and the 2 gentlemen delivered on time and assembly went smooth and satisfactory. Very happy

Ordered a 6x8 ft greenhouse and it was delivered in less than a week. The greenhouse came with easy to understand instructions, all nuts+screws plus extras. I managed to assemble it all by myself within just a few days and it is very sturdy. Just needed help to move it from the assembly place onto the metal base, which by the way, was also included.
I'm so happy with it and totally recommend Sheds Direct Ireland for their excellent service and products.

After several years excellent service, I lost my canopy in storm eoin earlier this year.
my replacement is all installed over the weekend to protect my barbeque for another season.
Where the trend is to purchase online, I love the dynamic of face to face shopping. Mainly because I love to chat to real people, in real life.
The experience of what was a fairly straightforward replacement purchase was made all the more fabulous by the excellent sales team on duty last Saturday who looked after my request with joy and personality.
Kudos to your team and even more kudos for ensuring the screw hole config of this product hasn’t changed, making installing the replacement even easier.

I bought a steel cottage style shed to store a few garden tools etc. I had a slight issue from the courier's side and when I call Sheds Direct, Louise and Samantha were fantastic to deal with. Louise outlined very clearly the steps she was going to take to get my issue resolved and that is exactly how it turned out. It is very rare these days that a vendor follows through so efficiently on their commitment to a customer. It sounds like a great team working together so top marks. ps, the shed is great too :)

I had a fabulous experience with Sheds Direct. They were so helpful from my first call and during my visit to the showroom with great advice through the process. The fitters were so friendly and did a super job. Thoroughly delighted with our new 10 x 10 shed. Will defo be back to Sheds Direct and would highly recommend.

We recently purchased a greenhouse from Sheds Direct. A few weeks after installation one of the tempered glass panes shattered without explanation. We contacted Sheds Direct to buy a replacement. Louise and staff could do enough for us. They searched and sourced a replacement immediately and free of charge. I found this to be fantastic after sales service.

Got a metal 'cottage shed' delivered and installed a couple of weeks ago. The shed itself is great and was installed in a matter of hours. The lock wasn't installed properly and kept getting stuck. It either wouldn't open or wouldn't shut. Rang them that evening as soon as we noticed and the lady I spoke with first asked if we had a level base, we had a concrete base installed especially for it. She then said she would advise the correct department and they would be in touch. Haven't heard a word since.
Update - This has all now been satisfactorily sorted with much thanks to Suzanne in customer service who was great to deal with. I have updated my star rating to 5.
