Fast and easy. Highly recommend.
Son moved across the country but couldn't quite fit everything in the car. The rest we just shipped to him in duffle bags. Incredibly easy process. Able to track your shipment. Delivered on time. This would be great if you're going skiing or golfing and don't want to mess with the baggage issues with the airlines. It would also be a great option if you have a kid going to college far away. Highly recommend.

I will use ShipGo again
The pickup was timely, as was the return. Everything arrived with no damage. Only criticism I would have is things got a bit mixed up label wise when I added to my shipment. The original labels were cancelled and new ones sent, thus some of my labels were wrong. On the shipment back I had to run out to Fed Ex to print new labels.

The service, was unreal, from the time they picked up my bag and a day early at drop off , I definitely will use this service again , I told my friends they are planning a trip soon and the are going to use your service, my bag arrived safe and sound, I thank all of you for your hard work and dedication, we will meet again soon

From the first inquiry I felt confident SHIPGO would be my choice for shipping luggage to my pre cruise hotel. Customer care was so helpful, patient, and professional. Their rates were very fair too. I shipped two large suitcases ground shipping. I did a pick up on Tuesday with an arrival date the following Monday. My luggage arrived by Friday of the same shipped week. Wow! Quick! Luggage was in perfect shape and was handled through Federal Express ground. Their website is easy to navigate or you can call customer service which I did as it was my first time shipping. I will use SHIPGO from now on. It made my trip so effortless! I only wish I started shipping my luggage years ago instead of trying to handle it all myself. They even deliver to cruise ships! I just can’t say enough great things about this company. Excellent all the way.

Pick up went great. Delivery was great however my box is all torn apart and clothes are hanging out all over. I don’t know yet what is missing

Rest assured, we have you covered. All Ship Sticks shipments include $1,000 of complimentary insurance, with the option to add additional coverage up to $7,500 for a nominal fee. This insurance protects your shipment against damage or loss.
In review, it seems this is the first time our team is hearing about this scenario. Therefore, If upon inspection of your items you do find items are missing, please contact us so we can gather the necessary information to file a claim and work toward reimbursing you for any of the missing or damaged items.
