We were badley informed as to PICK-UP

Pick up and delivery went as scheduled to Cruise ship in San Diego. On the return we had considerable difficulty locating and communicating with the courier service doing the pick up. We received an e mail before disembarking telling us where to meet the courier outside of the port gates. We could not locate him so called the courier and were given different directions so we tried to find the courier on a busy street(outside terminal gates) to no avail. Another call to the courier's office resulted in a promised CALL from the driver with his location. We waited about 15 minutes, received no call, so called again only to be told they had sent a TEXT with the driver's number so we could call him. We finally connected and he provided another location for us to find him(inside terminal gates) with our three piece shipment and me in a wheelchair. He had previously sent us a text telling us his location and a picture of the vehicle but since we had already received the e mail directions we had no reason to check for texts before disembarking. The same courier was used by the previous luggage service we had used so we don't know if their communication was better. The whole experience took us over and hour and a half which would have been critical if we had an early flight. We hope they improve their communication and advise the customer in advance how they will give final instruction and when to expect them, as the terminal gates were guarded and would not let porters or services in and out at freewill . Fortunately we still wore our ship's card and were permitted to return inside the terminal area.

I was very happy with Ship go and…

I was very happy with Ship go and leaving my suitcases at ups for them to pick up. They picked them up in a timely manner and got them there a day early at my home. I’m very satisfied with Shipgo and I will continue to use them in the future. Thank you very much.

Perfect experience

I am very satisfied with ShipGo. They partner with Fedex Express for baggage that was sent from Canada to Florida. Fedex was extremely reliable and efficient. ShipGo sent updates for the pickup and delivery. When I had a question, they were quick to give a proper answer. I expect to use the service again.

Best thing we ever did was ship our ski clothes home

Best thing we ever did was ship our ski clothes back to our home as we traveled on our adventure in the winter. It was easy and there was a real person to answer the phone to help us out since this was the first time we did it. We will look forward to using ship go again when we need to.

Good evening

Good evening, the suitcase arrived without a wheel, and it was a new suitcase. I would like to know if the insurance I paid for covers this damage and how they will handle it.

Excellent

Excellent! I was hoping for a good experience with Shipgo (1st timer,) but was prepared to be let down. Great job! Pkg arrived early. Customer service (Charles) was very helpful, informative and actually followed through! I work a lot of projects around the country and like to take my SL roadster (not much room for luggage.) I'll be using you guys a lot! Thanks!

Shipgo is wonderful

Shipgo is wonderful. My delivery package was sent in plenty of time. My luggage arrived a day early and the process was seamless. I highly recommend ShipGo for sending luggage.
