The Best Travel Hack I’ve Discovered

I’ve used ShipGo four different times now and every single experience has been flawless. Honestly, once you use a service like this, it completely changes how you travel.

Instead of dragging large suitcases through airports, security lines, rideshares, and hotel lobbies, you just ship your luggage ahead of time and it’s waiting for you when you arrive. It removes so much of the hassle and stress from traveling.

Each time I’ve used ShipGo everything arrived exactly when expected and in perfect condition. The process is simple, reliable, and saves a surprising amount of time and effort.

After using it multiple times now, I can confidently say it’s one of those services that makes you wonder why you ever traveled the old way.

That said, we’re sorry to hear the package was left at an uncovered area, as opposed to a covered area at the time of delivery. Our carrier partner, FedEx, is instructed to place deliveries near the front entrance in a safe location, ideally out of view from the street and protected from the elements. We apologize that this did not occur in your case.

Great service.

Good pricing. Good communication. Good telephone support for first time users if unsure on an issue. Everything went smoothly. Was able to track shipment from pick up to delivery. Recommend highly.

I’ve used ShipGo for travel often and…

I’ve used ShipGo for travel often and extremely happy with them. Recently there was a delay with my suitcase. Nick C., a resolution specialist with the company, reached out to me immediately. They found it quickly and delivered it immediately. He gave me updates on the hour and kept me at ease. He was professional and compassionate and even asked if I needed anything before the luggage came. He made me feel special as if I was the only customer. They are very lucky to have him on their team. He is awesome!!!! ShipGo is great, thank you for stellar service, I really appreciate it!! Your prices and specials are the best there is!!!!

4 Years using Shipgo

This is my 4th year of using Shipgo. This company makes travel so much easier for me. The pick up from my home and the delivery to my hotel in another state have gone without any issues. Then the round trip back home has been perfect too. How much easier when my plane lands and I don't have to get luggage because it's already at my upcoming hotel. I suggest this company to anyone traveling with luggage. I will continue to use them with any future trips.

Used Shipgo 3-4 times now

I have used Shipgo about 3-4 times now since the pandemic. They are a great, reliable way to get big luggages and even a big box or two across the States. (I have done both). Thank you!

ShipGo is _ok_

The instructions for setup were incorrect, and the wrong shipper was utilized for a Canada to US shipment, requiring the hotel to take extra steps on my behalf. Secondly, the snowboard bag was delivered on my stairs instead of on my porch (where it would be way more hidden). Thankfully it was not stolen, but through no work by the shipper -- they didn't knock, text, or communicate that it was there. Overall, if there was a different vendor I'd consider them, but ShipGo did get it done.

Thank you for taking the time to review your recent ShipGo experience. We’re pleased to see your shipment made excellent time from Revelstoke, BC to San Francisco, CA, arriving two (2) business days ahead of schedule.

That said, we do regret the confusion surrounding the carrier pickup, as well as the placement of your shipment at delivery.

For shipments originating in Revelstoke, BC, due to the remote location, we must arrange pickup outside of our standard DHL network and instead coordinate with FedEx. This requires manual intervention from our team after the order is placed, including updating the carrier and issuing revised shipping documents. We apologize if this process was not clearly communicated and want you to know we are actively working with our product and technology teams to streamline this experience for future shipments from Revelstoke.

Regarding the delivery, while our shipments are sent without a signature requirement, drivers are expected to leave packages in a secure location that is not visible from main roads or high-traffic areas. We are filing a formal complaint with the local FedEx station in San Francisco to address this matter directly.

We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve both our communication and operational processes. If you would consider using ShipGo again in the future, we would welcome the opportunity to speak with you and discuss how we can ensure a smoother experience, along with a discount, on your next trip.
