It was my first attempt at sending a missed luggage through Shipgo and I was somewhat skeptical. However I was soon proved wrong. Everything went smoothly as promised. I received prompt support to complete the paperwork, instruction to prepare, pickup and delivery went smoothly and on schedule. Cross Country Shipping
I shipped my luggages and some boxes cross country. The preparation to print labels and affix them to the bags were tedious [based on DIY instructions], but possible. The delivery pick-up process was easy to schedule a pick-up window that suited my tight schedule. They used Fedex as a 3rd party which unfortunately lost 3 of my luggages in-transit and thankfully I had inserted the back-up shipping labels in the outer sleeves of my luggages so, while it was delayed, it was able to be retrieved after filing a claim.
Since this was my first time doing this, I only learned about the packing slip protectors after my items were already labelled and wrapped up, once I called to speak with a representative. It would have been helpful to have this information highlighted on their website prior to confirming and printing labels. Overall, with some help, all of my items eventually arrived in one piece so, I would consider using again in the future.

This is the best way to go for shipping boxes across the country! It worked out great, I had some questions and they were answered and I was credited for the boxes that were not needed! Really appreciate the help and the quick service! My boxes were delivered 4 days ahead of schedule!! I will definitely recommend this service to anyone!! Thank you

This was our first time using ShipGo all I can say is WOW!
Easiest way to ship ever. Followed the guidelines on their site step by step, Fed Ex picked up our boxes and they were delivered in the timeline as stated.
We will definitely be using ShipGo for all our shipping needs.

Just deal directly with FedEx if you…
Just deal directly with FedEx if you are shipping internationally; the few dollars you save aren't worth it. They are just a third-party label creator.
Thankfully, FedEx kept me in the loop about my belongings and guided me through the customs process. Shipgo told me to kick rocks, even though the delivery was still within the time frame, even though it was stuck in customs.
