Pick up was 40 minutes late

Pick up was 40 minutes late. Dispatcher told us to look for a white Hyundai but driver was driving a Kia. So that made us miss the earlier train. I would suggest dispatch put us in direct contact with person doing the pick up so I could share location. The luggage was delivered on time.

We were advised your debark from the ship was at 8:15 AM and can confirm our local third-party courier collected your shipment at 8:30 AM local time.

We do apologize for any confusion regarding the type of vehicle used by the courier at the time of collection. We will be addressing this concern directly with our third-party carrier to ensure they are providing accurate vehicle details in the future to prevent any misunderstanding. We are super happy with Shipgo

We are super happy with Shipgo! When I made a mistake on my drop off location, I was immediately helped by a representative that solved my problem. I was able to ship my package with no problem and it arrived in perfect condition! We will continue to use Shipgo and recommend it to all our friends and family!

By far the best shipping service. I've used shipGo a few times already and I can honestly say that it's the best shipping service out there, affordable prices, super speedy delivery and amazing costumer service.

ShipGo for an alternative… The ONLY way to ship!

Having found ShipGo for an alternative way to ship items, I have been thoroughly amazed and very happy with ShipGo.
Every person I've spoken with was professional, friendly and knew exactly what I needed!
The entire process was amazingly swift and complete.
They picked up my bags and luggage from my door and it arrived within a very reasonable amount of time. Everything was secured, my bags arrived without incident!!
I highly recommend ShipGo for ANY shipping issues you have. Don't waste time with popular or normal shipping. This company is the way to go and from now on I will use them for shipping items, for any type of shipping!!
Just call them if you have questions, they will tell you exactly what you need as well as the packaging requirements! They are wonderful.

Picked up bags as promised

Picked up bags as promised, delivered as promised. Issue: documents required for return not received until 18 hours before leaving. When in a villa there is usually no printer. That is not good.

It’s easy

It’s easy. It’s efficient. FedEx picks it up when it says it will and delivers it the same. And the support people are great help. No more dragging heavy luggage through airports

Premature delivery that would've been discarded

I shipped my luggage across the country while relocating for a new job. The shipment arrived a full week earlier than expected, before I even arrived. It was delivered to a non-storage area, and I was told it would be discarded if I did not retrieve it that same day. Customer service said that because it was delivered to a YMCA mail room, they likely could not help. Almost had to throw away my luggage and ended up calling a bunch of storage courier services in a place I didn't move to yet. Ultimately had to solve problem by myself

Good morning and thank you for reviewing your recent ShipGo order. We are pleased to see your shipment made great time traveling from California to New York. However, we do regret that in this instance the early delivery had a negative impact for you.

When booking with ShipGo, all delivery dates are listed as “Deliver By” dates. This means the shipment is guaranteed to arrive no later than the date selected at checkout and may arrive sooner. We apologize if this was unclear during your booking. For future reference, if an early delivery may pose an issue, you do have the option to ship to a local FedEx carrier store (who can hold the shipment for up to five business days, a small fee may apply) or to another staffed or reliable location such as a business, neighbor, or family member.

In reviewing your interactions with our team, we can see you contacted us on your day of delivery to advise of the issue caused by the early delivery. At that time, our representative confirmed they were exploring options to assist, including hiring a courier to collect and redeliver the shipment. After this, you replied that your friend was able to retrieve the bag and that no further assistance was needed. At that point, we marked your ticket as resolved.

Had we been advised otherwise, we certainly would have continued working toward a resolution on your behalf.

Mostly Pleased

We loved not having to deal with checked luggage at the airport! The only glitch was having to find a luggage tag large enough to accommodate the printed shipping label. We ended up taking our suitcase to a FedEx store where tags were available, and shipped the suitcase from there instead of having it picked up at our home. The tags are reusable, so return shipping worked wonderfully.
