Receiving your equipment with damage is by no means typical, and we apologize for this inconvenience.
Rest assured, we have you covered. All ShipGo luggage shipments include $500 of complimentary insurance, with the option to add additional coverage up to $7,500 for a nominal fee. This insurance protects your shipment against damage or loss.
In this instance, it does not appear our team has been previously notified of this matter. Therefore, a member of our Claims Team will be reaching out to you today to gather the necessary information to file a claim so we can work toward reimbursing you for the damage.

Great company
Great company! Arranging pickup and paying was a breeze. The agent was at our cruise terminal and took the suitcases we wanted shipped. I would have given the company a 5 star rating, however, our 4 suitcases were suppose to arrive on Thursday. When I came home from a lunch date on Wednesday, they had been left at the door with nobody home. Anyone could have taken them.
