Good afternoon, and thank you for reviewing your recent ShipGo international shipment. We’re very pleased to see your shipment was collected as scheduled and delivered to Italy ahead of schedule.
Upon review, we can see you spoke with our team on the morning of your scheduled pickup date regarding the anticipated collection time. While we unfortunately are unable to provide an exact pickup time unless a 1-hour pickup window is purchased for an additional fee, our team did confirm your shipment remained on schedule for collection prior to 6:00 PM. We can also confirm the shipment was successfully collected later that afternoon at 3:08 PM.
We apologize for any confusion regarding the pickup process and understand the uncertainty around pickup timing can be frustrating. That said, we’re pleased the shipment was ultimately collected and delivered within the timeframe selected during booking.
For future shipments, if the standard pickup window is inconvenient, you do have a few additional options available:
- Drop the packaged and labeled shipment off at a local carrier location
- Leave the packaged and labeled shipment in a secure location outside the front door of your residence at your discretion for collection
- Upgrade to a 1-hour pickup window for an additional charge

I used ShipGo to move from CA to KS with three boxes
I used ShipGo to move with three boxes, and the experience was excellent. Their live chat support was incredibly helpful. While I was struggling to get clear answers from the delivery company’s contact center, the ShipGo team always responded quickly and accurately. Having ShipGo as an intermediary made me feel much more at ease than sending the packages directly through the delivery company. Thank you so much.

Best company to use to ship bags
This is the only company we use to ship our bags. Very prompt, great customer service and delivered the bags early to the hotel. I have a peace of mind knowing our bags are in good hands. Highly recommend them. Use them once and you are hooked.

Our luggage was picked up and delivered…
Our luggage was picked up and delivered on time:) We had 2 pieces in shipments that came on different days, but it was still within the estimated arrival date.
Worked for us especially it was much less expensive than it would be taking them on the flight. We are satisfied with this service.

Shipgo makes traveling sooo much easier and not any more costly than checking luggage on the plane, in fact, sometimes it has been less expensive to use shipgo than checking pieces on the airlines. Like that I can choose my service provider and have always used Fed Ex - never had a problem - my luggage even beat me home once!

I was more than impressed
I was more than impressed with the prompt customer service response as I received via chat, before, during and after the shipment took place.
During a time I was stressed out and had to board a plane with my luggage (left at hotel), they were already able to confirm and make changes to my request before I even took off. And my luggage arrived from the hotel in another city, straight to my doorstep without a scratch, just a few days later.
Think you ShipGo!! Will use again, whenever needed.
