Despite finding it a touch difficult connecting with a human to help eith some questions, the skis were delivered within 1 week which was awesome. Not cheap, but good.

I had issues from the begining but kept going because of the price
I don't have a front door person so I called several times to figure out a work around and they told me just leaving a sign would be enough for pick up. Turns out after I called out the last time they told me pick up wouldn't be possible so I had 2 days to figure out what to do with my boxes as I couldn't back out anymore.
They ruined my 2 duffel bags that I sent and all boxes were in terrible shape when they arrived.
If you're not incredibly good at packing and making sure things are properly padded I wouldn't use this service.

That said, we do apologize for both the confusion around the collection process and the damage to your duffel bags. We understand how frustrating this must be, and are sorry for the impact it had on your experience.
Regarding pickup from an apartment, shipments do need to be made available in the building’s designated shipping and receiving area (such as a mailroom, doorman, or front desk) where carriers typically complete pickups and deliveries. If that’s not a viable option, you can also drop-off the shipments at a local FedEx location, or we can arrange a 1-hour pickup window with a private courier who can collect your shipments directly from your apartment building and drop the bags off on your behalf. We've flagged your interaction for internal review to ensure we’re setting clearer expectations moving forward.
Regarding the damaged duffel bags, you are fully covered for damage under the ShipGo insurance plan. We see our team has emailed the claims form to you, but have not yet received your submission. To make this as easy as possible, a member of our Claims team will reach out to you directly to assist with filing your claim so we can move quickly toward reimbursement.

Everything went extremely well
Everything went extremely well. The FedEx employee who picked up the luggage from my home was knowledgeable about the service. I had trackers in the luggage so I was able to track it myself, but, ShipGo gave me updates as well. On the 4th day I was told it was out for delivery and the same day that it had been delivered. Flawless operation. My only downside was how early they had to pick it up and that it is being stored at the hotel for almost a week. Fortunately the hotel was very helpful and reassuring about that.
