There were a couple of issues during my first session, primarily due to technical difficulties. I raised this concern to the team, and it was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Every staff member I spoke to, including the admin staff, line manager and customer trainer, was very personable and knowledgeable. I contacted them about my DSA (Disabled Students Allowance) PC and how it was going a bit slow. It's taken around 2 months from start to finish, I've been fobbed off, I've taken a day off work for them to "remote in" only for them never to call, I've not been given the correct information that I needed to return the equipment, I took a day off for the collection of the equipment who didn't show and I've had all of my disability access needs ignored. They have treated me like a teenager who is doing nothing but sitting around in their bedroom awaiting their call, as apposed to an adult who has other responsibilities. My PC has been returned today and is functioning but they've snapped off my headset attachment from the tower and I've had to remove the side panel to remove a loose screw rattling around...For an organisation that holds a DSA contract, they are not disability friendly or accessible and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Got to be one of the easiest software purchases I have ever made! All done over the phone, paid by card and license through within 24 hrs. It doesn't get any better than that. Thank you Sight & Sound, made my job a whole lot easier :)

Just a quick note to say thank you so much for your assistance with my zoom text problem.
I have shut down and restarted the computer with no problems! Zoom text loaded as normal.
I can't tell you how great it is to contact a company where somebody actually answers the phone, helps you identify the problem and proceeds in a highly efficient and professional manner to resolve the problem.
The remote access and screen sharing is simply a lifesaver for someone in my position.
