Great communication
Great advice over the phone very helpful in what I needed.
Ordered flue liner pack came within 3days of ordering followed by the Arundel XL fantastic communication with dates and times makes life a lot easier when both are working.

A very good experience.
My experience in dealing with Simply Stoves has been really very good. I bought my stove online after my installer recommended them. We had a problem with delivery and the stove arrived damaged. I rang them and Chris who was very helpful did not quibble sent us a replacement promptly. All of my interactions with them have been very pleasant.
A really customer focused crew and a delight to deal with 10/10.

Westfire uniq 36 stove
Ordered the Westfire uniq 36 stove and had it delivered the week later. Was quick delivery and when we realised the wrong one was delivered it was uplifted and the correct stove delivered the same week.
Chris was knowledgeable when I had questions about distance from combustibles and any other questions I had about the stove.
Cheapest I could find on the internet!! Really pleased with everything.

Efficient, knowledgeable and friendly service from Simply Stoves
Everyone I contacted at Simply Stoves was helpful and efficient. The Gazco Stockton 5 Medium is a great looking stove and replaced our log burner as we tired of cleaning out the mess. Still coming to terms with the remote, but will get there. Delivery rang us to say they would be here in 15min and actually put the stove into our garage. The only down side, which was no fault of Simply Stoves was the 2 month wait for the stove to be made at Gazco.

Good advice, however courier wasn’t the best
Good advice from Jess about stoves and the accessories we needed. However the delivery company used came on the wrong day and arrived in an 18 ton truck, instead of the 7.5 ton van which was specified in the delivery paperwork.
