Forget BRITISH AIRWAYS!
You'd think a seasoned traveler like myself would know which airport to go to for their next flight. Sadly I made a huge error, after habitually going to Gatwick Airport I should have gone to Heathrow for my journey. Suffice to say British Airways held me to ransom to not only pay additional fees for another flight but also more money 60 pounds in fact to just secure my already paid for, return flight if I managed to get to Amsterdam. This is outrageous! I went to your company's desk and was assisted by Aleesha who was incredibly helpful, did everything for me, printed my boarding pass got me a great seat and priority boarding with no fuss. Totally professional, I cannot praise her enough, honest dedication to help somebody who's been a complete numpty. Needless to say I'll be taking this up with BA but if you can book your trips through this company I'd recommend it. John Mills

My daughter and myself was really disappointed after missing our flight back to Norway 🇳🇴 Channelle and Grace saved us. They worked really hard to book new tickets and hotel, so we could get home the next morning. They also calmed us, because we were a bit upset. They were our two saving angels. 🫶🏼🫶🏼

Anwar is incredible
Anwar is incredible. Our flight was canceled with the strikes of Air Canada. Anwar helped us find the best option to get us to our final destination and successfully booked us with this. I am honestly so grateful Anwar looked after us. He was so attentive, on the ball with all of the different options and how to proceed in the best, fastest way. Outstanding support and customer service
I cannot thank Handan (London Gatwick) enough for the outstanding support she gave me and my daughter during a very stressful day of travel. After missing one flight and being denied boarding on another, we were feeling lost and frustrated. Handan went above and beyond to help us find a solution.
She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely cared about getting us to our destination. Thanks to her persistence and professionalism, we were able to book a flight to Alicante and continue our journey.
People like Handan truly make a difference — her calm attitude and expert assistance turned a nightmare into a manageable situation. She is a credit to the passenger services team and deserves all the praise!

Cristina was the best!
Wasn’t able to make my connecting flight from LGW to AMS with EasyJet. Cristina was comprehensive, efficient, and knowledgeable. She offered multiple different options along with the pros and cons of each, such as cost and timing, as well as the option of travel by train. She is clearly a professional and I hope any future encounters I have with travel assistance personnel can meet the quality of my experience with Cristina.
Great Service
I have had to miss three flights earlier in the day and I was so exhausted and confused then Shannelle came to my rescue by helping secure a flight for me. She was so courteous and professional.
Unexpected cancelled flight
Arrived at Heathrow to discover our tickets had been cancelled. Lyshanda at the Ticket Service desk was amazing. She went above and beyond to get us booked with the best options to ensure we arrived in Calgary at a suitable time.

Ahmad saved the day
After my son missed his west jet flight,Ahmad was extremely empathetic and determined to find the best solution,his knowledge of everything,from rebooking, to advising of booking a hotel, to navigating between the terminals, advice on a storage place for my sons bike, was to be commended. He made us all feel so much more reassured… he spent a long time, and didn’t make us feel stupid or try to rush us onto any old flight. I received an overwhelming amount of assistance and support from the Skybreak team, particularly from a wonderful representative named Africa. I was headed to Kenya and felt quite confused at the airport about where to go for check-in. This caused delays, and by the time I figured out my way, the check-in counter had already closed. The Kenya Airways attendant were indifferent to my situation and did not offer any help, instead they redirected me to Skybreak to find a new flight, where I met Africa.
I am truly grateful for the exceptional support I received from her. Africa went above and beyond my expectations; her emotional intelligence and awareness are highly commendable. She is very observant and understands what customers go through in difficult situations. Her help was invaluable, and I am extremely thankful for her assistance.

I had the best customer service experience at the Heathrow Airport. My friends and I had our flight cancelled and Alvin was able to reschedule us on a flight. Really helpful and kind service provided by Hamafa (may be wrong in spelling )and Africa while I was paniced and stressed by the search of booking a new flight. They were patient and have kind personality and tried to book the flight as much as convenient for me and very efficiently helping to every queries which were requested.
