Andrew was amazing we had missed our flight due to floods and he done his best to get us on next flight out to enjoy our family holiday.
Having spent 4 hours stuck in traffic…
Having spent 4 hours stuck in traffic due to M25 closure, and missing our BA flight from Gatwick, we went to the Skybreak desk and spoke to the most amazing Shannelle to see if we could get on the delayed Wizz Air flight… they agreed but there was only 10 minutes before they closed the check in desk… Shannelle worked her magic and we got boarding cards in record time! She said she had never issued tickets that quick in her life!! We are so grateful as this was our last option to get to Italy for the weekend to join a wine tour with loads of friends! Thank you Shannelle!!! You were amazing!!!
Arrived at the wrong airport
We had a family berevement rescenty and were talking our father-in-law on a short break. After a horrible few months we got to the wrong airport and then had to rush to Gatwick to katch another flight. Panic struck and worried we arrived at the airport.
Charlie was so understanding and out of this world and so reassuring and helpful.
Charlie got us another flight to avoid further disappointment.
Charlie had a smile on her face throughout the incident, she is a credit to your company.

Our agent Vinita Francis was an absolute miracle. We missed our flight due to a weather delay on a previous flight and we’re just desperate for any kind of help. I went up to her maybe 4 times and she ended up helping us for over an hour. She was so professional, considerate and clear in her explanation. She helped me and my parents book a new flight and got one that suited us. She never just passed us off to someone else. She was absolutely brilliant after we had experienced a hard day with a lot of disappointments. It was also my birthday and she was very nice to wish me a happy birthday despite all our travel plans going wrong. Whatever she’s being paid, it’s not enough. She’s an absolute pro.

Sadly I found the representative at the desk very uninterested about my lost item. There was no eye contact and no empathy as I was extremely distressed about losing my item. Once my item had been found I had to chase up the call as I was able track my item and it had been at the collection point for 17 days before any contact was made. Had I not messaged I would not have received my item as I was notified by an email that wasn’t even my email. I checked my claim and my correct email was given. I then had to pay £25 for a service that was below standard and had I not been persistent I believe I would not have got my item back.

Marina is Super!
I can't thank Marina enough! She showed empathy and made an effort to help me board my flight! Checking in and going through custom itself is stressful enough, let alone when you are told you cannot board your flight! My Wizz flight at Gatwick was delayed for over 3 hours. I arrived at the airport very early but didn't realise I needed to go through custom at the original scheduled time even though the flight was delayed. I was a few minutes late and couldn't pass the gate. The staff at the gate asked me to look for a Wizz staff to get me through but the Wizz supervisor said Wizz didn't give her the right to accompany passengers through the gate. I was sent to SkyDesk to reschedule my flight even though I had a boarding pass and my flight was not leaving in another 4 hours. I was told there was no more flights from Gatwick but another one from Luton leaving later in the afternoon. Thanks Marina at the SkyBreak help desk soooo much for being so understanding and helpful! She called someone to accompany me through the gate and I made my flight :). Thank you!

The same day I left my tablet on the plane I reached out online to the airline and and filed a missing item report and and promptly received and email stating they would looking into the issue within 3 to 5 days. Received an email 24 hours later saying they have recovered my item and send directions for shipping back to my home. My tablet was returned to the USA before I even finished my trip in Europe! Great experience and huge thank you to Norse airlines!

Above and Beyond Service Even After Hours
After a long day of travel with lots of delays we missed our international-connection home. Jonathan and his team stayed late at their counter to help our group find a new flight that got us home as quickly and cheaply as possible. Without Jonathan we'd still be scrambling and likely wouldn't be home for several more days with hundreds more in costs. Jonathan went above and beyond for our group! We had a delayed flight that resulted in missed connection late at night. Jonathan stayed late to ensure we had a new itinerary. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. We were so grateful to have him assist us in getting home!

No notice flight cancellation at check-in!
Arrived at Norwegian Air check-in Gatwick South at 7am and checked in bag, for 10am flight to Copenhagen 🇩🇰 Received Boarding card from check-in lady wearing face mask, who sent bag off on conveyor and who said absolutely nothing to me during this transaction. Looked at Boarding card and noticed it was for the 8.50pm flight later that day - in 14 hours time 🙈 When queried she said my flight had been cancelled!! Thankfully another passenger told me to see the SKY BREAK Service Desk.
Served by RYAN who could not have been more helpful and literally saved my weekend trip! He got me on Norwegian flight to Oslo 🇳🇴 at 9.20am with short stopover then on to Copenhagen. He arranged via phone with the Baggage Handling management to get my bag switched to the Oslo flight and it all worked to perfection!
Collected bag at Oslo and rechecked back in to Copenhagen. Arrived in Copenhagen just 3 hours later than original flight 👍
RYAN gave me his full focus and got my long weekend back on track 👍 great service from him on a very stressful morning for me.

Do not make a mistake going to book a flight by Skybreak. Beginning of June my flight was cancelled. I was so stressed I was looking for the next available flight and a lady advise me to go by Skybreak. I 've been in a desk and really I was so stressed and sad for my flight. The gentleman booked me the next available fight according him the next day . He advise me to stay in hotel near airport. On Saturday it was the flight and on Sunday it was our engagement ,all the family going to be there. When I was going to do a check in and type the Reference number, the flight which he booked me it was for the next year MAY 2025. When I looked the flights I found by a different platform so many option but I thought Skyberak will find a better option as the Skybreak needs to help the costumer and not to make more trouble. I was calling them from 6:00 am as is the opening hour . I thought the reference number it was wrong as the date on the confirmation email it was correct. I don't know how the date and the time it was correct and the reference number it was for a different year. I payed for two people ticket average 350pound , when I am searching the flight which he booked me on may 2025 and I can find it with 60pound per person, extremely cheap from other platforms. We were calling them and they were telling us that they are busy and they will call us as soon as they going to have the answer. Anyone called us back and specific a lady told us that they are busy with costumer , which I was a costumer too and I start to call the from 6:00 am . After a lot of times which I called them and anyone called us back event which they told us they going to call us back, the manager answer us and told us that it was a mistake. Really it was everything booked. Hotel , houses, extra flights, the family which all of them going to be there and not us. Of course we booked our self the next one ,but the Skybreak it wasn't professional at all and not helpful. Really even one star which I am rating is too much for whatever happened.
Shannelle did her job amazingly
Shannelle did her job amazingly. I was extremely impressed with the way that Shannelle completed her job. She was very friendly, reassuring and helpful a credit to the team she works for.
We did have some technical issues with skybreak but Shannelle was able to over come these and demonstrate patience with me, helping to calm me as I was worried about my son's travel.
My son made it to his destination without any further glitches whatsoever.

My flight was cancelled today and I have been served by sky break through aleesha and she was very helpful. I was very worried and I was unsure on what to do but Aleesha helped me calm down and help me decide on the best course of action.

After the most awful experience with Wizz Air - where they denied us and several others boarding - all six in our party were feeling completely deflated and miserable.
Thank God for the lovely Amalie and Shanelle who could not have been kinder and more helpful. They helped us immensely with our booking and found us flights a couple of days later. We are now back on track to have the holiday we have so been looking forward to.
