My experience has been amazing these past months dealing with the company, and the staff member Donna Rose. I can truly say its been very comfortable.
My case was dealt with your colleague Donna Rose, to whom I'm very grateful and thankful for.

I had an accident with my bike, and the other party didn't want to admit liability.
The whole process took around one and a half years.
David, one of the legal advisors, followed me from the beginning to the end, giving me suggestions along the way.

If they treat clients like this, why bother
Am an existing client. Called 5 times to speak to case handler, phone just rings so left messages.... no response i then left message on website. No response to this either. What an organisations !! Nobody seems to work there. Maybe place my case with a professional company instead of slater gordon.
As at today, Nov 4th no telephone call at all from this incompetent company. Have now received an email from my case handler telling me they will no longer b acting on my behalf ? I assume this is due to my review on trustpilot. It appears they can't deal with criticism even when it's deserved . And they can't even speak to their clients. Hopeless, time wasting exercise even to consider using Slater gordon who's work ethic highlights everything that's going wrong in the UK. Steer clear of these people
Have now been asked for additional info? Called 5 times on 3 different numbers - No response. Left messages -No response. Left message on their website -No response. Now received email from my handler who refuses to speak to me, telling me Slater and Gordon will no longer deal with my claim !!! All I wanted to do was speak to their employee

After working with Sally Raeburn of Slater and Gordon Lawyers for the past 7 years following a life changing motorcycle accident I cannot thank her enough.
It was a complex case but Sally made sure I was involved with every decision, taking the time to explain all the legal twists and turns.
I was always amazed at Sally's attention to detail and her encyclopedic memory of all the meetings, case notes and names of all those involved leaving me feeling confident that no stone was being left unturned.
While being totally professional at all times Sally always always showed a caring side especially when dealing with my family and the more sensitive issues but was sure to have a laugh when the moment was right.
I would not hesitate to use Slater and Gordon again especially if Sally was involved.

Great service from Jenniffer Brunt & team
Jenniffer Brunt dealt with my divorce. She was very quick at dealing with things and responding to emails, which is important to me, and explained the different steps in the process clearly. Also friendly, and listened to what I really wanted rather than giving me generic advice.
Great service and I would use again. Well I won't, because I'm never getting married again that's for sure, but you get the idea.

Stay well clear of this company
This company is a disgrace to its profession.
I have had a case going on since October2022, during this time I have had several case handlers and each time they change I am assured that they will pursue the claim and get back to me in each scenario no one has returned that call.
When you try and contact your case handler on the phone numbers provided
The phone number message is that it's an incorrect number.
When you ho through on their hand line number you can never get to speak to anyone as it's diverted to recorded message telling to contact them on their website.
