I was left stunned and saddened at the…
I was left stunned and saddened at the lack of basic compassion and professionalism at this firm. I had the misfortune of having to engage in conversation with someone call keran following an injury enquiry I made. After he got all my personal details that took forever he
cut our conversation put me on mute but I could hear him and asked another work colleague to call me after an hour asking for the same
details. I told her I already spoke to someone who had all my details and that I was busy arranging a funeral which was already mentioned in previous conversation relating to my injury. She laughed as she said how sorry she was. I called to tell them to cancel the enquiry I'd prefer a firm who didn't laugh at the misery of others.

My experience with Slater and Gordon was faultless, over the last five and a half years, I’ve wanted to pull out several times, but the perseverance and professionalism of Donna Rose, made my accident claim worthwhile. It was a lengthy process, however with lots of communication and everything sorted out for you, it became an easy process and the final stages were a relief, it’s really not as time consuming as you think and Donna stuck by me throughout, even when I was having a low couple of months and unsure whether to keep going with the claim. They’ll tell you a year later they can’t find you!
Despite accepting my miss-sold car finance claim over a year ago, and settling an emissions claim for the same car 3 years ago, they now won’t further my claim as they say their ‘system has not located a finance agreement under my name’!

Disappointed
My case was dragged out for nearly 7 years with constant changes of solicitor and little to no progress. I had to chase them repeatedly, and even after making a formal complaint, nothing improved. In the end, they closed the case with no resolution, despite all the time and stress involved. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, professional legal support.
