An awful company judging by other reviews - after an attempted break in locally - I rashly did a google search by review for outdoor security cameras - foolishly I took what I thought was a 9.8 review on Trust Pilot as read on their advertisment and ordered 3 cameras at a cost of £110.92.
On further invesigation (doh) found the genuine reviews on Trust Pilot at an abysmal score of 1.
Emailed almost immediately, but was too late?
Now going through PayPal Resolution Centre - will return unopened at my cost and will expect a full refund.
This company turns over around 74 million according to research - million dollar question if I receive a refund?!

When I noticed that the company had double charged me on some of the items I chose I cancelled the order right away. They stated that it had already been shipped which was a total lie since the only email I received was one that the shipment would be delayed because of my location. I have never received an email stating it has been shipped with a tracking number, which is the option I chose. The company is refusing to cancel the order and just stating I can accept the order and return it. This is not acceptable since they did not even address the double charging of the items. Thanks to this review group I will have enough evidence for the credit company to get my charges reversed.

Returning a camera has been difficult, frustrating, annoying. The company uses a process designed to make you give up. Initially through a series of robot emails I was offered the chance to keep the cameras and be refunded 25 % , then 50% and finally 75%. Persisting I was generously offered a full refund... 19 days after returning cameras by recorded/ signed mail I again had to go through a futher arduous robot generated email trail to finally recieve a full refund as is a legal requirement. My case had been closed...so I had to reopen! The only reason I was successful was through extreme persistance. Returning goods should be simple and uncomplicated. Spyfocus should be ashamed and embarrassed by the way they operate.

2 Mini WIfi Cameras und 2 Micro SD Cards bei SPYFOCUS gekauft und sofort zurück geschickt, auf eigene Kosten, in Originalverpackung.
An Adresse in Bremen, wie angegeben. Bis heute keine Rückerstattung!!! Deshalb Ärger mit PayPal, weil ich von PayPal das Geld zurück holte. Die Firma meldet sich nur auf englisch!!!
Bestellung und Bestätigung aber auf deutsch.
VORSICHT vor dieser Firma.

Seit ca. Einer Woche versuche ich die Camera zurückzugeben . Es gibt immer nur blöde Mail . Vermute Hinhaltetaktik bis die 30 Tage Frist rum ist. Die Xamera bekomme ich nicht installiert. Reseten bringt nichts . Material ist minderwertig.
Kann wohl die 50 € abschreiben.

Purchased three Spycam cameras plus flash cards after strong magazine recommendation (which I now realise is fake).
Abysmal product not fit for purpose. 'Manual' is a piece of paper, once you can download the app it doesn't work or at least until it has taken your debit / credit card details (which I did not provide). Apple Pay would not work as it didn't trust it. Company claims to be US, everything is Chinese including the poorly translated manual and app and yet they are based in Lithuania. The cameras at 75% discounted rate at £40 are under £10 on Ebay. In fairness they did respond to email and as others found offered me to return with 25% discount. This quickly escalated to keeping the 3 cameras and flash cards (shows the value) and a 75% discount. Strange business model! I figure if I can sell on the flash cards I break even. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Poor quality - feel stupid I bought the cameras: made a big ish order … service team efficient at settling claims / making refund offers.
I settled on 75% refund v hassle of packing
(In original flimsy packaging) and sending back to China… pretty clear not straightforward and at my (Customer) cost!
At least I got the refund promptly I guess.
The services staff were very efficient.
But lost almost £100…

It was a rip off. Managed through sheer persistence to get the greater part of my payment returned.
The equipment never worked despite all the instructions I received.

Absolute rubbish. I bought 2. Eventually got one working. Next morning - wouldn’t work.Don’t understand. It’s clear that a lot of development has gone into this. Why on earth distribute faulty units? Scam? Don’t know.

Offensichtlich Betrüger. Bei Rücksendung werden Sie hingehalten. Man bekommt keine echte Adresse. Ausgeklügeltes Betrugssystem. Material ist wertlos, da nicht installierbar. Finger weg.

hat keinen stern vedient !!!!! verbindet sich nicht mit blue und mit wlan egel was man macht habe rückerstattung beantragt , meine hundecamera ist 10mal besser

Rip off .scammed me . £130.85 . Taken out of my bank and no item has come. Forget it wish I read this before dealing with con artists

Items didn’t work at all!. Sent several emails with no reply. Not cheap. Would avoid. I believe it’s scam.

What a rip off camera and app do not work.Despite many calls promising help nothing seems to work.
Promised instructions on how to obtain a refund it never happened Despite many calls to their customer service the best I got was a promise of a 50% refund and keep the cameras I am still waiting no confidence it will happen.This company should be closed down what have I got shoddy and useless cameras and out of pocket.Avoid them

Material mindwertig,App funktioniert auch nicht wirklich.Kamera geht erst gar nicht an auch nach Aufladen nicht
Habe Retoure beantragt, bin seit Tagen am schreiben.
Heute Morgen erhalte ich eine Mail angeblich wie besprochen den Garantieschein.

30 emails on these ****** people still refuse to refund my purchase, despite being in receipt of the returned goods. I have been offered 15 percent discount, 25 percent, 50 percent and 75 percent several times. It took 6 emails and several threats to get the return address from them.

As soon as your initial purchase is taken you are sent an email offering you to purchase 4 cameras at the price of 1.

Tomorrow, Monday i am logging a case of theft and obstruction against these people.

I ordered 2 cameras and 2 SD cards in April 2025 it is July 31, 2025. I received the SD cards and never received the cameras. Now I’m stuck with two SD cards I have no use for. I have called the company four times and emailed them multiple times trying to get a refund or get the cameras shipped to me. They consistently have an excuse that since the cameras have already been shipped, they cannot give me a refund or ship new ones and there’s nothing they can do. Do not order cameras from this company. They outsource their customer service people who answer the phones, these people don’t even work for the company. I would not even give it one star.

Ordered camera on 8th July never arrived despite 3 emails to customer support no answers no help
Delivery was said to be from local store in 3 to 6 days tracking showed ot was in China with delivery number stayed that way till 31 July when I requested snd received a t refund through good 0ld PAYPAL that is why I use PAYPAL in case of Shonky companies like woodmans

Terrible, terrible, terrible. They don’t work at all and are a complete waste of money. They suck you in with a consumer review that they have obviously set up themselves.

Finger weg von diesem Unternehmen. Sind absolute Betrüger, die sich auf Kosten anderer bereichern wollen. Die in der Beschreibung angegebenen Daten sind erlogen. Wir kommunizieren laufend hin und her wegen der Rückgabe der nicht funktionierenden Kamera. Schluss: ich schalte jetzt die Polizei ein. Erst bieten sie 25 % Erstattung an und man könnte die Ware behalten, soeben bekam ich die Info, dass sie 50 % erstatten. Daran ist doch schon der Betrug zu erkennen.
