Offre "à vie" mensongère sur StackCommerce ❗
J’ai payé pour une licence à vie, mais je n’ai reçu qu’une version bridée. Rien ne confirmait l’achat, et certaines fonctions nécessitaient un paiement supplémentaire. Heureusement, j’ai pu être remboursé après plusieurs échanges.

Acheteurs, attention : certaines offres sont trompeuses. Lisez bien les mentions, ou mieux, passez par des sites officiels.

Stack commerce is a scam. They pretend to sell you access to Microsoft office. But it’s all a lie. Do not purchase.

I was charged an amount of $73.73 AU, for a Microsoft product, claimed to be genuine, however upon further research, I found out that Microsoft does not endorse Stackcommerce to sell their products and therefore you wont get what you've paid for. Beware.

Stack Commerce lies and would rather keep your money than issue a refund for their mistakes ! They are deceptive and avoid all responsibility and always deflect ! Do yourself a favor and avoid these thieves ! They will do anything but admit they are wrong and will never issue any refunds !!!!! Avoid these crooks !

I ordered Intuit 2024 Quickbooks desktop version from a PC World Shop email. The email clearly shows the Intuit ad for QB and a "Lifetime Support" tag with the further explanation of "Lifetime Customer Support". No where does it say that Intuit does not and will not support this purchase. There are upgrade issues too that Intuit will not support and this product can not be directly updated from all older versions of QB. Consequently, this product is useless to me and costing more in lost time than imaginable. PC World blames StackCommerce and they say i should have read all the disclaimers, wherever they were.

They actually decided to refund me after all. It took several emails, but they made it right. I really appreciate their responsiveness. This post is an update to No Refunds I posted earlier.

I didn’t understand the business model or what I was actually purchasing, soI was surprised to find out that the advertised return policy doesn’t apply in my case. I am unhappy that I am stuck with a program that isn’t going to help my language skills. They have offered me a credit for use on another product, but I don’t know if I want to take a chance again.

Ordered Microsoft Office 2019 from MacWorld link. Credit card charged, and followed all instructions. Received product key etc., however Microsoft account shows $0 on receipt for that software. Once finished will redeeming, entering key etc. there is no way to actually download software. The "help" and "contact"
menus on StackCommerce are dead ends - says they are no longer using the "help" service from the link provided. I think I got scammed.??

Never received promised software. Sham, cheating entity. Don't make my mistake. Run, don't walk frp, this "company."

I ordered a 2020 refurbished (COndition A) Macbook Pro from Stack Commerce. The laptop was delivered in a reasonable time. When I examined the laptop, it had a significant defect on the display. It looked to me as though a piece of grit had been trapped there and the cover closed. In fact, there was clear indication that someone had tried to scratch off the defect--and then not bothered to clean the display after this. Other than this unacceptable (to me and for a "condition A" refurbished item), there was some minor damage to to one of the corners of the cover, and some scratches on the back of the item. Only the defect in the display would have made this laptop unacceptable to me. I returned the laptop and about 6 days later received a replacement. The replacement was extremely dirty, and the charger was unusable due to the cord having been forcefully pulled out of the charger itself. In addition, the battery was in "near collapse" condition--as verified by a remote diagnostic check by AppleCare. Other than the battery issue, the second Macbook Pro (afdter I cleaned it) was in virtually new condition. I returned the second laptop to Stack Commerce due to the battery and charger issues, and received a replacement in about 5-6 days. The third MacBook Pro was in mint condition in every way except--you guessed it--the battery was "on the verge of requiring replacement" according to a diagnostic test of the battery done at an Apple store. I have decided to keep this third MacBook Pro because except for the battery it really is in "new" condition. If Stack Commerce doesn't reimburse me for a battery replacement, I will have it done independently; the total price will still be very good.
Breaking news: Stack Commerce has now decided to credit me with $50 toward a new battery for the laptop (a new battery replacement costs anywhere from $150 to $225 by Apple); so I am downgrading the review to a one-star.

Updated - They kindly responded and issued me a refund. (Ditto Macworld).

I don’t know if my experience is typical or common. Through Macworld, I purchased two MagTag trackers from stacksocial/stackcommerce. Neither MagTag worked despite approximately 6-10 emails back and forth with stackcommerce (Macworld was impossible to contact). Stackcommerce tried hard to resolve the issue but to no avail. As a result, I can only question the vendor/merchants they choose to work with.

It took me a few tries to get it downloaded as I kept running into security problems. I was able to write to customer service and they answered me daily and tried to help. Finally on the fourth day I was able to download it with CS assistance. Hopefully it will work, as it says the programs are loaded. I hope so!

Good News. Refund was posted to my Credit Card today. Thank You, Trustpilot!

Since I was left with no Office programs (because I'd cancelled Office 365 so I could load this), I found a One-time Purchase (no monthly or annual subscription), legitimately from Microsoft.

Microsoft Home & Business 2024, with Classic 2024 desktop versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and OneNote. Compatible with Windows 10 and 11, or macOS. This is exactly what I was needing. Didn’t know it existed.

Now, I can use my old version of Outlook (365 took that option away from me) and I don't have to hassle with 365 junk that I don't need and was paying lots of money for every year.

This was not inexpensive: $249.99, but I received a Product Code at time of purchase, and everything in this package is much better than the 2021 package I'd struggled to make work.

If you don't need Outlook, the Home Office 2024 costs $149.99.

The questionable download cost me $56.96, several very long days and sleepless nights. I guess I got what I paid for. I had total lack of confidence for the product. It was never going to feel right.
I’m at peace now. No more sleepless nights.

Ordered MS Office Professional 2021 Lifetime License from PcWorld. Order was filled by StackCommerce.
Much difficulty. Downloaded with much frustration. License Code was Invalid. After three days communicating with Support, received this:

"I am sorry to hear that you have a problem activating your Office 2021 license. Unfortunately, we ran out of replacement keys for Office 2021.

We have been authorized to issue you a refund for the amount of the purchase price.

Please allow 2-3 business days for your refund to show on your original form of payment.

If you have any additional questions, we are always here to help."
My reply, "I NOW HAVE NO OFFICE PROGRAMS!"

"We truly understand the situation and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you."

I have emailed them 4 times in the recent few months using their form on their website to sell my services, I get no contact back to discuss moving forward to setup while they allow others that sell and disappear after selling service. What type of company is this ?

I would give a lower rating if I could. Made a purchase Order #24116386 thru StackSocial. It took my money but the product (Microsoft Office Professional 2021) never would download (yes I tried from my download file). There is NO WAY to get help from these scammers... trust me I tried. I have submitted for a refund. So far no response. My face is only blue so far, but I am sure I will die from holding my breath soon.

Wir hätten mit StackCommerce gerne Geschäfte gemacht und versuchen sie seit zwei Wochen zu kontaktieren, sowohl per E-Mail als auch über das Formular.

Leider bekommen wir trotz mehrfacher Rückfrage nicht mal eine Antwort oder Absage. Das empfinden wir als unseriös im Geschäftsumfeld.

PS: Update vom 14.02.2025: Noch immer keine Antwort bekommen trotz mehrerer Anfragen. 1 1/2 Monate her. Dann eben nicht

it's a real scam! they say "life time ChatGPT" but they actually give you what is already free on the official ChatGPT website. the "million" credits correspond to 3 requests on ChatGPT enough to last 3 days a month! it's a scam and according to European law it is prohibited and judged in Criminal Court!

Poor support, they sold me something that does not work and support does not even bother to come back to me.
NEVER again I will buy anything from them
