THIS IS A SCAM! I bought a $69.55 Costco membership online but each time I tried to follow instructions to redeem the membership a message popped up telling me it couldn’t be processed yet the payment to StackCommerce
WAS. Costco has no record of either the application or payment. I was told it works ONLY with Groupon!

UPDATE: I did receive a full refund and the Stack Social emails were prompt, polite and apologetic which I sincerely appreciated.

Vend 1mn AI comme illimité, mais n'indique pas que c'est la durée d'utilisation qui est illimitée, l'utilisation elle même est extèmement restreinte, car on n'a droit qu'à un certains nombre de "token" (environ 1 million), et que la moindre requete coute de 30 000 à 300 000 tokens !!!

Arnaque à éviter : car ce que StackCommerce n'indique pas à ses clients avant l'achat d'un abonnement comme celui que j'ai pris (1min.AI), c'est qu'à chaque fois que l'on souhaite travailler sur un projet d'IA, cela coute énormément de points (en 2h vous n'avez plus de crédit), donc dans la pratique, il est impossible de ne pas passer à la caisse dès lors que l'on souhaite travailler sérieusement avec les services d'IA que cet abonnement est censé offrir au client. Le summum, est que la seule façon d'obtenir des points gratuitement consiste à laisser des avis favorables concernant leur service sur des sites (comme TrustPilot d'ailleurs) : malhonnêteté totale de la part de StackCommerce pour attirer de nouveaux pigeons. Cerise sur le gâteau: ils vous inondent d'offres commerciales et de spams. Alors un conseil : passez votre chemin.

I received an email from NewAtlas stating that I had purchased Windows 11 Pro. I only own a MacBook Air and an iMac, so there is no reason for me to have purchased this. I contacted customer service and then received an email from Penelope asking if I recognized an attached receipt of my purchase. I have responded numerous times stating by simply hitting "Reply" that I did not recognize that receipt and Gmail responds with "Delivery Status Notification (Failure) - Your message wasn't delivered to because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail." I'm hoping by posting this here, it will make it to Stack Service. (Penelope)>

I received a refund from the company after sending an email expressing that I felt they were scamming me. More importantly, I bought the same deal from another site and had the SAME ISSUE!! The problem definitely seems to be with Sam’s Club’s site!!

I wish I would have searched their legitimacy before making a purchase. I bought a 1 year membership for Sam’s club from them, but was never able to sign up for the membership using the link they provided to Samsclub.com. It always said that my card payment could not be authorized no matter what card I used. I called Sam’s Club and they said they only have a partnership with Groupon. Therefore, I’ve been scammed. It’s a bit frustrating because I have actually received responses from stack after emailing their customer service, but none of them helpful. It was their suggestion that I contact Sam’s Club, but even the phone number listed on the signup link page supposedly for Sam’s Club is for a travel agency. It’s only $25, but I can really use that money for groceries. It’s sad that these sites are still allowed to operate.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ANY ITEMS FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! They have AWFUL Customer service. Purchase 3 Nix Paint Sensors, never opened them and returned them. First they said they never received them. Then, when I showed them the USPS delivery confirmation, they made up some unlawful reason for a partial refund. STAY AWAY!

I have to say you they are the most esteemed marketplace with outstanding customer services.

Purchased lifetime key for an OS. Process was flawless. Installed the OS without issue, using provided key. Extremely satisfied.

Je viens de me faire arnaquer sur un logiciel qui ne fonctionne pas sur Mac et j’ai fait une réclamation 2 minutes après l’achat mais rien à faire ils ne veulent pas me rembourser ! Ils sont si gagne petit qu’ils préfèrent m’arnaquer à tout prix au lieu de me rembourser

This is such a scam. Stay away. The email is not even legitimate.

Incorrect sales tax

Charged sales tax based on zip code. This is at best wrong and at worst fraudulent. Sales tax rate boundaries DO NOT follow zip code boundaries. The entire address has to be used.

I have emailed support twice and received no response.

EDIT: StackCommerce have refunded the incorrect tax. Raising the rating.

I was contacted by the company about the problem I was having with a macbook purchased through them. I was past the warranty to return the product, but after explaining that it had not been used for over three weeks due to illness in the family, StackCommerce had me send the product back for a full refund. I will use them again and would recommend their character.

SCAM! they claim to sell discounted Microsoft Office suites, but actually they sell used licence keys. DO NOT USE.

In a money back case their customer support was nice and responded speedily. They updated me frequently on their investigation and their findings and finally notified me of the decision to refund me. They also let me know in advance the time frame to expect the refund. The handling of my case built trust.

I received a charge on my cc for $55.99 dated 12/4 and have no idea what it's for. Merely reference 7165 for SC* MACWORLD SHOP - Tried the phone number and got a message "Cannot be completed as dialed".

Ordered Costco membership with bonus $40 gift card for signing up. They charged my cc 6% sales tax, do not believe there should be tax charged. When trying to reach them regarding info about the gift card, they only have robots, so all I could get in response was a stupid unhelpful form letter. If you value customer service and a human to respond when you have simple questions, do not buy anything from STACKCOMMERCE. They hide behind their website and use robots to answer complaints. Never do business with a company that does not have a legit phone number. Look at all the responses that tell the customer to contact them via email. See what I mean??? Requested a credit and to cancel membership in multiple emails and they ignored me.
12-4 update. Interesting that slack social cannot find my order, they charged my cc within seconds of the order being placed, now they want me to do their work by contacting them with info they should already have. DO NOT BUY FROM STACK SOCIAL.

Ever since I paid $37.96 on 8/30/2023 I haven't received any services/product I ordered, not even a single instruction from them. Instead everyday I receive dozens of advertizements of their sales. I do think this is a fraud entity.

Hab mehrere negative Erfahrungen bei käufen von diesem Anbieter gemacht. Zum wohle eurer mentalen Gesundheit (ist ein Stressor) solltet ihr hier lieber nicht einkaufen, insbesondere als EU Bürger.
UPDATE: Es hilft wenn ihr das Softwareunternehmen von dem das Programm stammt um hilfe bittet / mit ins Boot holt.
