I was charged 3 times in a row for the same cart. I emailed 3 times in the first 24-58 hours to cancel two orders.
When I received all 3, I emailed again to return two of the orders.
About a week after I received the orders, the Director responded and has refunded all three orders.

Hi Lara,
Thank you for reaching out, and I’m truly sorry for the experience you’ve had. I completely understand how frustrating it must be to be charged multiple times, receive duplicate orders, and not hear back despite your repeated efforts. That’s not the level of service you deserve, and I appreciate your patience.
I want to assure you: we’re not going out of business, and we absolutely care. What you’ve described is not acceptable, and we’re committed to making it right.
We also want to let you know that we responded to your inquiry via email. If you haven’t seen it yet, please check your spam or junk folder—it may have landed there by mistake. If it’s still missing, let us know and we’ll resend it right away.
Additionally, someone from our team will be reaching out to you by phone shortly to ensure you have direct support and a clear path to resolution.
Warm regards,
Purity Woods
Don't waste your time or your money.
Two of the bottles of dream cream that I ordered had the stems broken off just under the cap, rendering the contents unusable. Customer support made me jump through hoops to try to get either a refund or replacement, to no avail. After sending the first bottle back to them, they totally ignored me. Waste of money.

Hi Patricia,
Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience—we’re truly sorry to hear about the frustration you've encountered. That’s not the kind of experience we want anyone to have with our products or support team.
We’d love to clarify one detail that might help: our Dream Cream bottles use an airless pump system, which means there’s no internal stem. Instead, the pump mechanism creates a vacuum to dispense the cream. If the pump isn’t functioning properly, it could be due to a manufacturing issue or damage during transit, and we absolutely want to make that right.
Please know that your concerns are important to us. Our customer service team will be reaching out to you directly to offer a full refund, and ensure this is resolved promptly and with care.
Thank you again for your feedback—it helps us improve.
Warmly,
Purity Woods
Thank you customer service!

Age-Defying Cream is Amazing!
I started using the Purity Woods Age-Defying Cream just a week ago and am quite
surprised at the change in my skin tone, texture and softness. My face is literally glowing.. .
I am 75 years old and did NOT expect to see such a difference...and so quickly.
I chose it because of its purity of ingredients AND the fact that it is not tested on animals.
But because of the results I've finally found my go-to facial product.

From 1 to 3 to more bottles
I first bought one bottle to try it. The results were remarkable.
I then bought 3 bottles, and got one for my mom (85) she really liked it as well. The service was also very prompt and clear when I needed to reach out.

I am in love with Purity Woods products! I have been using the Dream Cream, Facial Cleanser & Elastin Boost Hyper-Lift Serum for the past 6 weeks & have seen tremendous results already. Fine lines, wrinkles & puffiness under my eyes are GONE! I am almost 57 years young & have never had anyone say kind words about my skin until using these products. I have had 3 people in the past two weeks tell me how amazing my skin looks. Such a good feeling to have others notice the differences and not just myself. I will continue to be a raving fan & user of the Purity Woods product line.

Products ok…
Dry skin rejuvenation cream is gritty and greasy. I have to rub it in between my hands first before the grittiness goes away. For use on hands it’s way too greasy. I have their other products which are fine but I won’t purchase again. No difference in my skin and they’re not EWG rated.
