I would like to thanks for there immersible service. I odder food so many times they bring timely and as it as restaurant delivered 'i means hot and fresh'.

I had a problem with my order on the 17th. The money was deducted, but the order wasn't processed. I've spoken to Talabat customer service several times, and they haven't resolved anything. I just saw that Talabat closed my case without issuing a refund. I need an answer. When will I get my money back?

After almost a month, I filed my complaint here and they tell me it will take 5 to 7 days, the worst.

Such a unprofessional staff at the call center, because of their system error we have to pay

Didn’t deliver the groceries items and they said our system is not working so we can’t refund. Got scammed in UAE, this is astonishing.

Customer Care service is pathetic. Better to fire the team and bring in a chatbot to give the same response for any question asked by the customer. I'm a pro subscriber and order a product which I received in a damaged condition as well as the size doesn't match. Every time I talk to the customer care team for an exchnge, I hear only them saying that my feedback has been considered and closing the ticket without my consent. Where on Earth this can be called as providing a resolution? Customer Care team in Qatar region are utterly useless and should undergo a professional training. There is no email for escalating the issue to the line managers. Customer Care team denies to answer the use of Social@talabat(dot)com email, I presume they doesn't even know the use of it.

Do not expect the consumers to use the trash that's being delivered.

They don't want to give me back my money they took, I am now claiming in servivional defense consumer, this is the best option, they play with us, let's see who wins!

very miserable service .... twice I place the order and twice they miss my order n they deliver to wrong location ........veryyyyyyy long waiting's, miscoordination, bad team management and the max they do after all the mess they throw 15dh .....Talabat service is disaster .

In the mall they bring it , i want there and it's avl

So they took the delivery charges,

The worst customer service support ever. I ordered 1 kg of arabic sweets, paid for 1kg. Received 1/2 kg. After reporting on the app, 2 days later, customer support refusing to believe that it's 1/2 kg, and asking me to get a scale and weigh the item. When I told them I called the shop and checked, they are accusing me of lying. I will never order from Talabt again. I've been a Talabat Pro customer for years, always ignoring minor mistakes, but ripping me off with 60 AED difference, thats a no.

This company has no credibility; they are a group of thieves. I haven't received my dues from them despite their numerous promises and deadlines.

I have waited for my meal 90 minutes, burger and fries came completely cold.
This is unacceptable, on top of it you get 20 aed voucher which isnt even half the price of my meal!
If the food shop is so far away and cant comply with the normal times of receiving, it shouldnt be on the list, plus company definitely needs more drivers.

Do not give these people your money.

Very bad behavior, very disrespectful person, captured picture for a security staff and insulted him.

Very poor service on all levels.Orders are given to the wrong riders, cancellation funds are forced into Talabat pay and not into the account itself. Vouchers are hard to use.lnfact lm out.

Less than 1 star They failed to serve Queen Zumared as she commanded, and they were late !!!!!

If I can give 0 star, I will. I have a very bad experience in Talabat. I ordered a room heater last January 25, 2026 and was disappointed as the item arrived was not working properly, I was sick and was scared something bad might happen like an electrical issue and might cause fire. So I contacted Talabat to help me contact the seller to maybe change the item but they refused saying that I needed to contact the seller directly. I told them I ordered the item through their app and what's the customer support for? That time I can hear my own voice in the back ground, so I assumed that they might loud speak the call. I can hear people laughing in whisper. I am felt to humiliated and ended the call. I start another chat through their customer service hoping that I can talk to a decent customer representative but then they called instead and was got yelled at. I was so confused as I was just asking them to help me contact the seller. They said it was not impossible. I eventually found a way to contact the seller myself and they thankfully replaced the item. I will never ever use talabat again in my life. I was traumatized.

Terrible service. Cancelled my order after 2 hours of wait and confirmation it’s going to arrive in time. When I called they just told me we will return your money.

Your services going from bad to the worst I have seen for over 2 decades of using your app, orders were two hours late , drivers calling me to cancel my orders as they can’t wait longer in Lulu to pick it up ,your call center promising without deleivering Any services, an order at 1424 receiving message from your chat app at 1636 that the driver on the way with less than two hours for the Iftar time
I have been loyal to this app with all the hiccups I have seen through the years but this one topped it .
I am leaving Talbat’s app for the poor, unprofessional customer services that I ever encountered.
I tried to be polite unfortunately your way is not helping at all .
My amount should be back in my account and I assure your that I won’t recommend you or your services putting in your mind that I work at Zayed airports over 25 years and I will make sure that I will spread my experience to all my colleagues

I received my order late and cold. There are no customer services to help. Very bad service.
