It's hard to take a blood sample with a finger lancet. It took me about 40 minutes (not five minutes) to 'milk' my finger. Then the sample wasn't even analysed because it was 'out of protocol' with no explanation as to what went wrong.

Quick delivery of test and I really liked the super clear and simple instructions of what to do, how to send parcel back and even had a little map of post boxes closest to me.

Really poor, I paid for priority, and I'm still waiting 3 days later

Paid £20 extra for faster service. Ordered on Monday, got kit on Tuesday. Posted back Tuesday at post office (prepaid 24 HR). They received it Wednesday. Got messages saying received and sent to lab. Got results Thursday morning. Pleased with the service. Just took me half an hour and a lot of arm waving to fill the blood test tube pot, but apart from my difficulties with that, all good.

Two tests "out of protocol" not a clear explanation

I did everything instructed when taking the blood test. I had a bath before to warm up my blood.. I swung my arm a few times and clenched my fist just before using the tool to make the insertion and then massaged from forearm to finger to encourage blood there. The sample container had to be filled to about 75%. I couldn't even get 1 drop to fall into it so I wasted my money really. I was able to supply urine so got half the tests done. I wouldn't use this service again. Better to go to a clinic

Fast delivery on the tests, easy to carry out at home, prepaid postage through a postbox and i had the results the next day after posting my samples back!! All in all a great service, thank you.

My test kit was sent to me quickly after ordering. The instructions on use were clear. The package to send back my samples was easy to use and secure. My results were sent to me very quickly (which I paid for). All in all, a good experience. Thank you.

The kit arrived promptly but it then took well over a week before the actual testing took place - postal strikes probably contributed. However, the results suggested I had HIV and Hepatitis B which led to 10-11 sleepless nights until the follow up blood tests by my GP gave me a clean bill of health. This company really needs to sort out their testing procedures to eliminate so many false positives. Unbelievable stress for me and my partner over the past week or so, contemplating the worst case scenarios. Dreadful experience and would never use again nor recommend.

Horrible service. Box arrived the day after I ordered my test but it has been nearly a week after I have posted it and my test doesn't even appear to have arrived. This delay will likely impact any validity of the test results. In addition to this they have horrible customer service, their website says their phone number is available everyday in working hours but either goes to voicemail or says they are closed and they do not reply to emails. They blame the postal service but seeing as the test arrived the next day cant assume this is the case.

Posted Tuesday at 8am...Not even showing as received in lab yet on Saturday morning. Too slow.
