Absolutely disgusting service... Paid £45 for a standard test... chlamydia, gonorrhoea, HIV and syphilis.

Everything clear apart from syphilis, it said i was reactive... Obviously i begin panicking, i called the doctors who felt they should do another test first. And i get the all clear!!!!

Disgusting behaviour from a service to scam money from you and put you into panic

It was costly however very comprehensive just as I ordered, i will likely use this service again next year.

Firstly, my order was never actually completed until I found on my account that the charge was still pending after 2 days, I had to contact customer service, she was helpful but didn’t prioritise the order which I felt should of been as it was there fault not mine, so I was waiting 3 days before it was actually sent out in the post

Secondly it’s been 10 days nearly now since I ordered and I still don’t have my results even though the test has arrived back at the lab

False advertisement when they say you get results in 3 days, it’s very stressful being under this pressure, very slow process altogether, doesn’t help either that you can’t get into any GUM or sexual health clinics and when you go through the NHS this is the root they tell you to go down for you to just be waiting even longer

Ordered a test on a Thursday . Paid £20 extra for quick processing , Kit arrived Monday sent the kit back tuesday by special delivery ( £6) confirmation they received my kit on weds .No results by Friday , I emailed ..... no response .
Monday test results , positive for hep B , I've been vaccinated against hep B . Went to a private doctor weds results returned friday all clear for Hep B .
Am I the 2% of false positives ? Or is this system not reliable ?

Great and Quick Service
I've always gone to my local clinic in the past. This has been the first time I've done a home kit. I'm extremely impressed with how easy and fast it has been. Best thing is not having to wait weeks for results. So if you're confident you can perform your own home test, o would recommend it and recommend this service.

I would not be paying this close attention to detail had the test process not been paid for. The results came in (eventually) but much later than advertised. The test kit was dispatched quickly but took 2 days longer to arrive. Overall experience was good, but for the amount paid they should definitely strive for Great.

Brilliant! My local authority has stopped offering asymptomatic sti testing during Covid and so I wanted to be able to do a normal annual check up. This service was a blessing! Quick efficient and well priced.

I ordered, received and completed my test within 3 days of initial purchase.
However, the results tab online did not say if the lab had received my results... I started to worry thinking they'd been lost in the post and I'd have to go through the process again.

I rang their number and spoke to Tracey H, and Georgina T.
They reassured me the samples had been collected and were in the lab.

I found out the system was newly updated and they have a few 'teething issues' with the order status tab online (like a tracker to see where your samples are and if they've been completed).

Overall, it was a successful outcome.
Both Tracey and Georgina were very efficient and on the ball, they helped me calm my nerves and reassured me the samples WERE in the lab and they have been tested, so I had nothing to worry about.

I find this service a very good and secure way of testing things on sexual health. They are quick and reliant.
I recommend them for you to use all the time if you have any sexual health issues.

Simple quick and easy to use. Communication great each step they let you know when received and e mail to help log in to get results. Highly recommend excellent service.
