Lab couldn't give me all of my results due to the test being taken 10 days before it arrived apparently. Human error on their part and tried to blame me. Customer service didn't really help me either. No offer of a new test or any help other than "that's the date on the form" - which it wasnt. Would not use again, just plain awful customer service.

We came home from a show at the Pavilion in Gorleston and had them as an evening snack, they were gorgeous! Thank you Test-me! 😍

Rapid receipt of test kit, rapid result (ordered on the Monday, received by Wednesday and had results on Monday morning). As such, the process did everything it should have without issue.

Great company

I bought the kit in good faith. They blamed the post office for late delivery and then claimed the blood test was too old to use!! This is a bloody disgrace. No offer of a refund! Would not use again!

Fast and efficient!
I paid for the priority service and the delivery of my home test kit was quick. The kit was then received into the lab in the morning and test results were ready by the afternoon.
Fab!

Was supposed to be next day delivery, test didn't arrive for 5 days, posted back immediately and still no results. Have waiting +2 weeks from start to finish

Zero communication through emails can't get through on the phone

My doctors would have had this done by now I used these so I didn't jave to have the embarrassment of doing a sti test at the doctors

Waste of time and money and paranoid I have something

Save yourself the stress don't use this company

Blaming the Queens death also for not answering

very confused why my results are out of validation i sent my test kit on thursday in the morning got a text by 15.41 on the same day saying that they have received my kit and will be in touch, i even called up and spoke to tracy and she too even confirmed they had my kit and that i would have my results on saturday then to check on friday and all test saying ‘out of validation’ waste of time i highly do not recommend @test me if you want results quick and want something reliable

Private testing service which is fast. Ideal when you dont have time to wait for an appointent from your local doctors practise.

Lab took to long to run the results despite doing it all same day :(

Test came next day. Was notified it had arrived at lab. Got the results a day later. Very impressive service

I’ve been waiting for 7 days and I’ve not received my results yet. Disappointed!
I’ve called many times to ask about the situation and the answer is “you’ll definitely receive it by today”.
Same answer for the last 3 days.
