Easy to contact. Always polite and efficient. I've had my cottage insured with Thatch Cover for many years and have always felt confident when dealing with them. Policy has come up for renewal and today I confirmed that I shall renew the policy with them.

Very helpful, thorough and proactive staff and more importantly the quote was significantly cheaper than my previous insurers. Renewal of thatch cover is always stressful as you are never quite sure how much the insurance is going up from the previous year and it's usually hundreds. This year was a comnplete sigh of relief!

I've been using Thatch Cover since 2017. The last 2 years our insurance has increased significantly so I wrote to Thatch Cover to see what they could do. We have a quirky set of circumstances which meant we could only use one provider, hence a kind of monopoly on our policy.

It was a little tricky to begin with to express my dissatisfaction and concern at the policy hikes, however after a couple of communication exchanges, I got a sense that they really did try to help me out.

I eventually engaged with Kelly, who was fabulous. She went above and beyond, looking at various options, coming back with possible solutions as per my request. In the end , we found a compromised I was happy with.

Kelly was very patient with me and made me feel heard and understood. She's a great asset to the Thatch Cover team.

Anyone having a a thatched property will tell you getting a quote is not easy. This is the second, maybe third year of getting cover via Thatch Cover. maybe not the cheapest but certainly they have been the most helpful in finding the the underwriters to suit.

It was refreshing to see a new perspective on the insurance market and have some better choice with the differences between the main players quotes clearly spelled out to us, we were able to obtain a fantastic insurance deal as a result.
