A pleasant discovery amongst an insurance minefield! I see why Thatch Cover are so often recommended by thatch house owners. Jason was kind, patient and helpful as I waded through the minutiae of a proposed policy with him. I felt listened to and understood. Sadly on this occasion due to circumstances beyond their control we had to remain with our existing insurer but I recommend you try this company and we will be back next year. Thank you Jason.

Absolutely excellent service!
After we had a problem with a previous broker, Kelvin at Thatchcover went above and beyond and then further still to try and sort our home insurance for us. Despite the situation being very complicated, nothing was too much trouble and I honestly cannot recommend Thatchcover highly enough.

Good to deal with
We needed cover for a thatched cottage we were purchasing at quite short notice, ready for exchange of contracts.
