Very competitively priced cover. We had to use the LawShield home emergency policy for a boiler breakdown - no heating or hot water. LawShield were utterly useless but warmest thanks to Kelvin Holwill at Thatch Cover who spent an extra hour after their office had closed to get an emergency heating engineer out and things were resolved. Brilliant Kelvin!

I purchased a thatched property in mid Devon on 23 December 2014, having never experienced this before, I found myself in a dilemma of how to go about insurance. This wasn't as straightforward as insuring bricks and mortar.
