4 attempts to change my brakes without squealing and no improvement, I give up.

Easy to arrange. Work carried out expertly and staff were pleasant and helpful.

The mechanic was brilliant, courteous and professional. The AA smart centre was on the in opposite, eventually after 10 emails we managed to sort out the invoice which originally attempted to over double charge me . In fact I threatened to withdraw my membership and car insurance before this was sorted out. I would suggest that little if any training was given in good customer service.

Pressurised into paying a lot more than I needed to with the threat of ‘well we will just put the old stuff back on’ would not recommend at all

Quick and quality service

Booking was very easy and I was kept well informed throughout including details of the mechanic and van registration and arrival times. Details were clear. The service was completed in good time and everything was done in a very professional and capable manner. Excellent value for money and no stress at all. So pleased that a home service option is now available and will definitely use this again.

Everything the AA done was great. However you need to employ a garage in Port Talbot as it is inconvenient also the garage charged for work that was on the advisory list as my son checked online what the vehicle failed on it was only small things however they said it was £1068 worth of work I have also been informed that most of their parts come from a breakers yard called JABS in Bridgend.

At home service booked a week prior, no confirmation sent from the AA and no answer when trying to contact them, only confirmation received via Book my garage. No show on the day, called them and they said they’d call back - no call back. Called again only to be told my technician had called in sick so they can’t service my car!

Took a day off specially for this so lost a days pay and have now booked with another company. Lack of communication was shocking especially from a company such as the AA. Will never go near them again.

He was a little late but i was told by text so well informed when he got here didn't take him long to do my brake disc and pads well pleased very good service

Smooth booking process, clear pricing and very helpful mechanic visited. Resolved my problem insofar as immediate concerns and got my car moving again. Also gave sound advice if the issue persisted.
