The service was excellent, there was an issue with my original order of a black pearl bracelet as a present for my wife on our 30th wedding anniversary, but Rachel came back to me straight away with two alternatives, with my final choice being delivered within 24hrs. My wife was delighted with it. Thank you very much.

Cancelled my 8 year old daughters appointment hours before it was due. Staying they had run out of standard earrings and if I wanted her appointment it would have to be with fine jewellery only.

Cue lots of tears and a very sad little girl as I cannot afford super expensive earrings.

I came into London to do the mini package with my daughter who was desperate to have her ears pierced. Rachel and all the lovely staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and enjoy the experience. My little one was very scared but she was really given so much care. I got the mom piercing and I will definitely be back to get more. Rachel was amazing!

A great place for ear piercing. Rachel was our piercer and she talked us through everything. My daughter was a bit nervous and Rachel put her at ease. After piercing she talked us through the after care.

I felt very comfortable here from the minute we arrived. The process was friendly, professional and my piercing was as comfortable as possible.

Brilliant mum and daughter experience with lots of support and reassurance. Thea guided us through choice of earrings and Frederika is a wizard with a needle - quick and precise. We bought some numbing cream at Boots first which helped too! My only comment (for feedback purposes because we will definitely be back for more piercings)…is there wasn’t a huge selection of piercing-appropriate earrings in all colours so had to go for my second choice. Would also be nice to have a middle price point between the £35 basic and £150 next price point. Thanks for looking after us and we’ll see you soon.

We had a wonderful experience with the mother and daughter package. My little girl was delighted. The staff was friendly and very professional. We were made to feel at ease and the shop is really lovely. Honestly I am extremely happy with the service and the excellent care we received. Well deserved 5 stars. We have already started recommending it to our friends for a special experience.

I arrived early for my appointment, having booked it the night before, and was seen straight away. I was a bit nervous as I never had a piercing before, but it was explained step by step and the lady who carried out the service (can’t remember her name) was outstanding, and so friendly and helpful! Will be back next time I’m in London

Beautiful shop and products! I love my piercing and the chap who did it was so friendly, helpful and piercing done perfectly! I’d been thinking about having another piercing and as soon as I walked past the shop I couldn’t resist going in. The staff were really reassuring and helpful and did the piercing there and then without a booking.

Very professional ear piercing. Stud perfectly placed in the lobe . No aftercare issues. Still looking good .

I cannot say how delighted we are the service! My daughter is 16 and was so delighted and excited to be going here and had high expectations! And wow how over the moon she was! The lady who pierced my daughters ears was so professional, so kind and offered such good advice, I had been nervous beforehand but she totally put me at ease and my daughter afterwards commented on how kind and brilliant she was. Everything has been great with her piercings (conch & helix) and the spray that is given and the after are and the aftercare advice is excellent. I feel rather as I have forgotten her name, as soon as I find out, I shall write ok here again

Fabulous experience getting pierced at the Floral Street store. The staff were great, really helpful and the piercer made my needle-phobic daughter feel at ease. If we didn't live so far away we would definitely come back for more, maybe next time we're visiting London we'll book again. Thank you!
