EBC easily warrant their 5 star rating.
EBC have just completed a Cylinder and systems replacement for me. It was not a job without it's challenges and it was therefore very satisfying to see the expertise and commitment deployed to ensure a very satisfactory outcome. Special mention must go to Martin and Joey for maintaining good humour throughout the challenges of the job which necessitated extensive "out of hours" application to ensure completion. EBC easily warrant their 5 star rating.

Recurring plumbing problem
Our plumbing problem was attended to by one `Jimmy` and he certainly excelled in all he did to resolve our issue, even drawing a spontaneous diagram of how the system works. Very helpful, on time, tidy and very sociable but most of all he knows his stuff!

Perfect service with admin team, engineers and third party lender
It’s not every day you think you’re going to leave a 5 stars review to gas engineers! This team has got everything sorted with a great admin team, a partnership with a lender to offer payment plans at no cost, and a super efficient engineering team. You only realise how much you miss hot water once it’s gone! Very efficient team, communicative, on time, left the kitchen mess free and my new boiler works perfectly.

A company with high standards and a compassionate heart
Edinburgh boiler company fitted a new heating system for my 92yr old mum, they have understood the challenges that her disabilities present and worked with me to make the installation as straightforward as possible. In all my dealings with the company I have been met with an extremely kind and enabling response. Each step of the process was handled professionally and there has been clear, prompt communication. We are delighted with the system and with the aftercare we are receiving. When there was an unforseen hitch with the installation they moved heaven and earth to over come the challenges. My mother in law (Ruth ) had a completely new central heating system installed by the Edinburgh Boiler Company in one day. Boiler, radiators, complete new pipework the work's, they even took away the old warm air heating unit, and also installed a complete integrated alarm system.
Many thanks to all involved, excellent service from Kayleigh and Chelsea and the team led by Paul, all went above and beyond the call of duty.

Amazing service and better prices than competitors
I had a 20 year old boiler which was no longer fit for purpose. I placed an online survey with Edinburgh Boiler Company, from survey to installation it took 5 days. The installation was done and dusted in about 7 hours.
I cannot fault Edinburgh Boiler Company at all, every single member of the team is amazing, from customer support beforehand to the aftercare team.
For anyone who needs a new boiler, I'd 100% recommend them. They have flexible finance options, not only that, they were cheaper than the main competitors.

Radiator Move & Install
We had a scheduled job to move 2 radiators and install new ones, and while it was chaotic at the start due to some scheduling issues, Jimmy and Connor got the job done even in the face of unexpected issues with old apartments! They were very professional, explained what they were having to do, and checked all their work thoroughly before leaving.

Very good overall
Replaced our ~20 year old Potterton/BoilerMate with a Worcester Bosch 4000 system boiler and new hot water cylinder. The initial Edinburgh Boiler Company contact/survey/quote process was slick and professional, and they provided a very competitive quote for the boiler brand I wanted.
The installation engineers left a neat, tidy job and took care moving the large/heavy tanks in and out, no damage to the hall or staircase walls. Overall workmanship during the install was excellent.
We did have an unexpected electrical/commissioning issue (existing wiring) that left us without heating/hot water over a weekend, which was frustrating. However, once escalated the response was excellent. An experienced electrician attended promptly and got the system running on Monday, and the original installation heating engineer returned after 7pm that evening to commission the boiler and ensure the system was working well before leaving.
A further heating system leak occurred at 10:30pm that same night when an existing HEP T piece under one of the bedroom floors leaked (NOT their work). This was also dealt with quickly first thing the next morning, three engineers arrived at 08:15, located the leak, resolved it, and the system was running again by 09:00.
Overall, great workmanship and strong resolution after a bumpy patch. I’d recommend The Edinburgh Boiler Company for their professional service and experienced engineers.
