I have recently completed my C+E license through LGV training the whole process was made very smooth from guidance on how to apply for my provisional arranging the medical, theory test then arranging a practical training week and arranging the testing

Very highly recommend anyone thinking about doing their HGV to contact LGV

The LGV training company was there for me on every step of my journey thanks to Antonio and the team as well as to Moo my instructor thanks a lot.

Recently passed my Category C test and I couldn’t recommend this training company enough.

A huge thanks to Nick Lake, Sabrin and Alisha who’ve been so friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. They’re always on hand to help with any queries and they’ve always responded in good time via emails or over the phone.

Honestly a huge thanks to all 3 of them this whole process has been such a great experience and I would definitely use them again when I choose to do my C+E licence in the future.

If you’re interested in getting your HGV licence I would 100% recommend this training company they’re absolutely brilliant.

Excellent online study package ensuring the theory exams were not a problem and allowed for swift progress to the practical stage.
The practical stage was fantastic.

From start to finish this cpc course was a good experience, Nick Lake sorted it all out for me and steve Birsill was the tutor , Steve was a fantastic tutor and covered everything u needed to know with an excellent knowledge of hgvs

I signed up with this company after speaking with their salesman, who was very friendly and helpful at the beginning. It really felt like they would guide me through the whole LGV/HGV training process.

However, once I paid, everything changed.

This company is basically an agent — they take your money and then simply pass your details to an external driving school. After that, there was zero follow-up, no support, no guidance, and no communication. It felt like they completely disappeared and I was left to sort everything out on my own.

If you are serious about getting your HGV or Class 1 licence, I strongly recommend going directly to an actual driving school, not through this company. You will save money and avoid the frustration of being ignored after paying.

Unfortunately, my experience was that once they received the payment, they stopped caring entirely.

I contacted LGV training company as I had to secure my LGV licence in a very short amount of time to secure a job. I dealt with Nick Lake initially who was friendly and assured me he would try his best. He pulled it out the bag and secured me theory and practical tests before the cut off. Communication was great, through calls, WhatsApp and emails and they always got straight back to me. 5 stars!

Just passed my driving test today! Big thank you to Antonio and his team for massive support and help with all the process and paperwork. Also Andy, my driving instructor was the best instructor i ever met! Passed everything first time apart from hazard perception. Amazing experience. Highly recommend this company if you interested to get on lorries!

Great company to go through, all really helpful people who work there especially Antonio who I dealt with personally who did a fantastic job helping me throughout.

Every step of the way they helped worked round my schedule gave me all the help I asked for and needed the team was very polite to talk to I'd definitely recommend them for anyone starting out

Wouldn’t use this company again! Con’d out of £250 more and I’ll advised over the phone. If you go direct to training companies you will save money and get the right advise.
I asked to raise a complaint when I had paid and found trouble with dating / training to which I never received a call only emails asking me to type it rather than calling me. Safe to say I never got my complaint looked into.

Their reply states false information saying I was told certain things. Wrong, I was only told part of my answer infact I paid for a rigid licence when I actually need an artic!!! Useless company I’ll never deal again with or recommend. Go DIRECT to your training company not through these conveyer belt middle companies

I delt directly with Nick Lake, who was a great help, always there at the end of a phone call or an email. He was very helpful talking me through the hole process and organising my tests. Couldn’t recommend them enough for an easy experience.
