Thrilled with my x-small K9 Sport Sack Air 2 for my 2.3kg papillon when I’m out on my bike and wondering around town. It’s a very comfortable and lightweight way to carry him, while knowing he’s delighted to be joining me, rather than left on his own.

Wow! What unbelievable customer service! I placed my order, and within two hours it was shipped and arrived by lunchtime the next day! The vet has recommended a specific diet for one of my senior cats, who is vomiting regularly and has lost a little weight, but nothing significant has shown up in her blood tests. Both of my cats' health has improved immeasurably in recent years by giving them high-quality hypoallergenic cat food, their coats shine, they usually are a good weight, and healthy, except recently one of them has been vomiting frequently for no apparent reason, so from my 1st order on 15/02/26 we have been giving her only The Pet Experience dry food (chicken) to see if it helps relieve these issues. The vet suggested we try it for 6-8 weeks and see if there is any improvement. Update: A month later. My cat is so much better and definitely more lively. We used to have 1-2 days a week when she was constantly sick over a period of 24 hours, but she has only been mildly sick twice since having this food. The vet has suggested it may take up to 8 weeks to reduce any inflammation so I will report back again in 4 weeks time.

My dog seriously loves this range of food. He clears the bowl immediately which is highly unusual for him. He had zero reaction to swapping over to the range and I definitely plan to continue buying it now I've found something he enjoys so much.

The team behind the brand are also very knowledgeable and friendly. I got some great advice in store before purchasing which makes me confident I've made the right choice for my dog.

What a wonderful human experience! I needed advice about my dog's diet and Cormac responded very quickly with a kind, helpful reply. Fantastic independent pet store. Incredibly knowledgable about pet behaviour and nutrition as well as stocking a huge range of different products. If you need help on what to feed, I cannot recommend them highly enough as they are experts in their field whilst being friendly and approachable.

Thank you Cormac for all your amazing help and advice. Our black lab puppy had a constant upset stomach and was very poorly. Thankfully a chance visit to The Pet Experience, and some extremely good advice from Cormac, she is now a happy girl with no upset stomach. The Teepee working puppy has put pay to all her stomach problems, delivery is excellent and very prompt. So once again a big thank you to Cormac and the lovely staff.

Our order didn’t arrive and it was declared “lost”by DHL. I contacted Cormac to see if he could help by asking DHL about it. He did, and he sent us a new order at no cost to ourselves, absolutely fantastic customer care and outstanding products.

Teepee Grain Free Dog Food!

I went into ‘The Pet Experience’ a few years ago now, as I wanted to change the food my Golden Retriever was on, she (Lyra) had started to leave her food in her bowl, and her coat was looking dull.

The staff recommended Teepee Grain Free, and they even gave me a few samples to try. Well, as I said that was a couple of years ago now, and honestly Lyra still absolutely LOVES her food! She is so excited every single breakfast and dinner time, and she never leaves anything in her bowl! Her coat looks lovely and she’s a very happy girl… which makes me a very, very happy customer too!
