I was pleased with Thurlow Nunn Great Yarmouth and would recommend them because of the quality of the vehicle versus others of similar ages and mileage. Mostly however I was impressed by Amy Hinton the sales person representing Thurlow Nunn; she was super communicative and very helpful!

I went to Thurlow Nunn in Northampton to look at a used car i'd seen on-line. I've had bad experiences with other dealers previously but Florin Strujan was a great salesman, very knowledgeable, open, honest and accomodating. The result was that I bought the car and had a deal that we were both happy with. Florin went on to show and demonstrate the car thoroughly and helped us to set-up and connect all the bells and whistles. Not all sales people are dodgy and Florin is not just a good salesman, his level of customer care is much better than most. I would absolutely use Thurlow Nunn, Northampton again and I have no hesitation in recommending Florin as a salesman. He is a great asset to the company.

Purchased a car just over a week ago. Service was first class. The staff are friendly and really helpful. Ranj the gentleman who looked after me made sure everything was ready when I went to pick ithe car up. He even sent me a video of the car the morning before I collected

I have written an extensive report about Thurlow Nunn Milton Keynes. They charged me £129.00 for a free "health Check" on my car, which had software issues. They produced a quote for £3975. of which £666.67 was to investigate the software issues. At least 50% of the issues they reported were not necessary. They offered no support no courtesy and didn't even contact Vauxhall warranty service. Despite the fact that I had a comprehensive Vauxhall Warranty that eventually covered all the required repairs. Which I got completed at a different Vauxhall dealership. When I complained to Vauxhall Customer Care they said I had no grounds for complaint.

I booked my Leapmotor C10 in for aircondtioning repair, took an annual leave and drove over an hour to the dealership. When i arrived, i was told they couldn't carry out the repair because they didn't have the oil required, only gas is available.

Why wasn't i called before my appointment? If you accept booking, you should make sure you have everything needed for the job done.

I expected a much higher standard of service from an authorized dealership. Unfortunately, this experienced has conmpletely undermined in Thurlow Nunn, and i would think twice before recommending them

After almost a year, my vehicle has finally been repaired, but the overall experience has been incredibly frustrating and unacceptable.
Throughout the last year, I incurred additional costs for vehicle rentals and frequently had to rely on public transport because courtesy vehicles were not available. I was also required to make numerous trips back to the dealership where I was told the problem was resolved and it wasn't or for technical investigation which then wasn't done, investing a significant amount of my own time simply to chase progress and seek a resolution. Given this was a warranty claim i'd expect a faster resolution or costs to be covered.
I submitted a formal complaint in April, yet the issue continued unresolved for months afterwards. What made matters worse was that the dealership that appears to have caused the original problem showed little interest in helping to rectify the situation even after contacting them. As a result, I was forced to seek assistance at another dealership, creating further inconvenience and delay.
While I am pleased the vehicle has finally been fixed, the level of customer service and support provided throughout the process has fallen far below what I would expect. The prolonged timescale, lack of accountability, additional expenses, and considerable inconvenience have left me extremely dissatisfied.
Based on my experience, I would struggle to recommend Thurlow Nunn as when something goes wrong its not dealt with.
