Ordered a sample which came the next…
Ordered a sample which came the next day and proceeded to make my order . This also came next day . The guy on the phone was really helpful making sure we had the right adhesive but we have a tiler who was providing that. All in all a good experience.

Really rapid delivery but lots of damaged tiles.
Really rapid delivery. Ordered 3pm one day and they arrived 8:30am the day after. Good price and well wrapped but 3 whole boxes of tiles were broken. I didn’t contact customer service as the email says all issues need to be reported within 24 hours and I didn’t want the stress of trying and failing.
I expected the odd tile to be broken and there were a few in the boxes but I didn’t expect entire boxes to be smashed up. They were split face tiles so more easily breakable, I guess.
The tiles are decent though and as you’d get from anywhere else.
