Constantly left standing at the bus stop and late for work. Buses just not showing up. Absolutely no adherence to the schedules. Continue to increase prices for a shit service 🤷🏻♀️

The WiFi never, but never works. At least any time I've used this service. I don't think it should be permitted to advertise WiFi as a free service when it never works.
Money stealers and terrible service
Bus drivers taking money from the company and busses break down often I take the bus very often. our bus was late along with many other times. Once the bus driver covered the speedometer and another time drove us to the wrong place!It is so unhygienic plastic bags over seats doesn't get fixed ever. So Lazy! Try again translink...
Buses consistently not turning up
Buses consistently not turning up. Driver tonight told me off for not putting out my arm to signal I needed a bus (which I did)then almost immediately nearly t-boned a car full of people at the next roundabout completely ignoring their signal. Several passengers after me clearly didn’t perform the suggested hand signal but weren’t chastised for it. (Route 6d 17:08 22/03/2025 driver012270 check footage) suggest eye test for driver.Only use buse a few times a year out of the last four occasions two have ended up with me either walking or waiting over an hour the next two scheduled buses don’t even turn up. Not fit for purpose anymore by that average. Needs put out to tender give them some competition. Useless.
Discriminating bus driver
I'm a music school graduate with no criminal record. I dress like an urban music artist. In line with the culture I grew up in. My local bus driver has decided to profile me based on my appearance. Hes, refused to stop at my stop when I try to get off even though other customers wanted to get off my stop. He refused to pick me up when I hail him alone. And last week the same driver closed the door in my face even though I was entering behind another customer. I have a ticket. I've paid taxes most my life. He aggressively confronted me when I held the door open to enter the bus. I do not make noise or move around the bus or talk to other customers. The next time I manage to get on the bus whilst he is driving I am taking the exact time and Registration of the bus and writing a formal report. I will not remove this review until it is attended too
Me and my husband was using the…
Me and my husband was using the colerine bus service via antrim today. We entered the bus from greystone roundabout and was going to antrim bus centre. At this time we just get into this bus which was available at that moment. While we are taking the ticket the drivers behaviour was so rude which makes me think like I wanted to make it as a complaint. This driver told my husband in a loud voice that front raw passengers can hear that this bus is not a town bus that can go in this small distance but the one that goes to the main cities service.
My doubt is that if it is so then why you guys are not displaying it in the board that this bus don't allow passengers for smaller distances????
I don't understand? Is there any rule like that? Only colerine passengers get inside that bus and no local passengers could use it ????
If not then why did that guy said so in public. Similar unrespectfull incidents happened before us well from the part of colerine bus drivers.
At least even if we are international immigrants, we are paying the full bus fare . Therefore we are supposed to get respectfull behaviour from the part of translink employees.

Translink round trip journeys today from belfast - enniskillen and back home enniskillen - belfast.
Fabulous transport - pleasant bus drivers , can’t fault anything.
Shout out for Barney on our journey home who had a bit of banter and craic with us ..
Ground staff in the both grand central and enniskillen helpful and efficient

Totally minus ----my son always pay for junior 1.90£ 1 town to another return,some of drivers will make a single adult ticket for 3.10£ and ignore that age difference despite they will aware of it, ignore ages difference,shame to the system
the 568d nightmare
The bus that i get every morning (568d) is due to come at 0718 yet it still comes at 0725-35. This has been most mornings since i’ve been getting this bus and it is such a nightmare in the winter because you don’t know if it’ll come on time or early or late so you have to stand in the cold. I think that the bus should start getting better timing please.

Translink strikes again
Translink strikes again! No buses again showing up to go to Lisburn for an hour on a Thursday from 4:50 onwards. Great service as usual when the rain is lashing down in Belfast. This service is dogs dirt! Nothing done to improve anything and always give the same excuses about why they're late. Taxi for Translink!!!!
Terrible
By far, the worst transport company in the whole of British Isles, Ireland and UK.
Buses are either arriving late, breaking down or not arriving at all.
They do not offer compensation. Avoid at all costs.
They have the absolute gall to charge…
They have the absolute gall to charge £25 return to Dublin and then you have to stand because there are no seats available. If a customer pays for a seat, you're expected to provide one. Either that or give the money back.
Second occasion within weeks that bus…
Second occasion within weeks that bus drivers have been rude. Late bus and unnecessary rudeness from driver. How you speak to someone can really affect their day aswell.
Third world service at best
Third world service at best. Disgrace. Try getting to the hospital on a Sunday. No service.
Please don’t put up your feet on the seat
The train is somewhat slow but generally acceptable. It can also be a bit late at times. However, I dislike seeing people putting up their feet on the seats. Shoes can be unclean, making the train seat dirty and unhygienic for the next passenger. I hope this review serves as a reminder for travelers to be considerate on the train.
Never gets better…
on the rare occasion i use Translink metro it doesn't take long to realise why it's always a last resort, poor, unreliable service and majority of drivers rude and unhelpful, today being no exception. i feel bad for visitors to the city if they need to use public transport.

So you book an enterprise experience and you get a crap train. Next time I will stick to my car. Why pay for something you don't get.
Absolutely extortionate prices &…
Absolutely extortionate prices & dreadful experience for a company constantly pushing & advertising to encourage use of public transport. Just took the Enterprise between Portadown & Dublin return, charged the equivalent of a days wages for a ticket yet crammed onto a train with zero seating available & zero standing room by the time the train was departing Connolly. There’d be more comfort, cleanliness & breathing space on a cattle trailer.
If you’re thinking about taking the train but have the option to drive yourself, lift your car keys & go. The parking charges would be worth avoiding standing for over 1.5hrs with people breathing down your neck or having to stand next to the filthy toilets.
It’ll be a long time & a serious need before we take the train services again, as the ticket prices (for Belfast Single & Return too having travelled week of Christmas) are now also far beyond making it cost effective to use public transport.
