Helpful, polite, responsive and enthusiastic - Adam was a great ambassador for this business and EJH - despite it being late afternoon on a scorching hot bank holiday Monday.

Valerie helped us book a last minute easyJet holiday. Looking online, it was a bit complex as our party was coming from two different airports and all the options were daunting. Valerie made it really easy and was great at communicating options / costs / finding the best days to travel. Great service and a really pleasant experience. So much better than online. Thank you!

I contacted Easyjet today and had the pleasure of talking to Max a customer adviser for Travel Solutions.
I had several questioning in which Max went above and beyond in answering suggesting different options and giving excellent advice.I ended up booking through Travel Solutions.A special mention to Max who was very professional and a credit to your company.Very happy with the service given.

I actually rang to arrange special assistance but Daniel did the whole booking for me and made my booking much easier and stress free. He also arranged our seating on the plane and rang me back to confirm.
