I was very stressed, having already booked a package holiday with On the Beach, but no one is there to help. Luckily my flights were with Easyjet.
I spoke to Adam, he explained everything to me in details, and what needed to be done. He very patiently answered all my queries and concerns. He is very courteous, friendly and very easy to talk to. He is very helpful and knowledgeable. I am very happy with the customer services I received from him. I have decided in future, I will book my holidays direct with Easyjet holidays.

Daniel sorted the whole thing for us. I normally book direct online however I wanted to ensure that we were getting to correct apartment and 'phoned out of hours.
I had already spoken to Daniel a couple of weeks ago for a different booking for Skiathos, surprisingly he remembered the details, obviously takes customer care seriously. Excellent service.

Having worked in a customer service environment for many years in the past, I understand what good customer service is and I could not fault the experience from picking up the phone to putting it back down after making my booking. Adam was absolutely great! I was having issues with flights and accommodation dates to suit my needs. Adam was able to find the ideal solution for me and the booking was made to my great satisfaction. 5 star service, he is an absolute credit to the his company!

I recently booked a holiday for my son and myself through the EasyJet website, but unfortunately I ran into several issues during the booking process. When it came to seat allocation, the website would only allow me to select one seat for myself, and for some reason it had my 9-year-old son listed as an infant, despite me entering his correct age.

After clearing my cookies and cache and trying multiple times without success, I decided to call as I didn’t want to lose the hotel booking or the great price I had found. I was then directed to one of EasyJet’s partners, Travel Solutions Network, where I was greeted warmly by Adam.

From the very beginning, Adam was incredibly professional, patient, and helpful. He quickly understood the issues I had been facing and assisted me in securing the exact flights, hotel, and seat allocations I had originally selected on the website. What impressed me even more was that he managed to include breakfast in the package at an even lower cost than the original booking without breakfast — a huge win in my eyes!

The entire process was made simple and stress-free thanks to Adam’s outstanding customer service. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted perfectly, and it genuinely felt like he cared about getting the best outcome for us.

I can’t recommend Adam and Travel Solutions Network enough. The service I received was exceptional from start to finish. Adam is a real credit to the company, and because of his help, I’ll definitely feel confident using them again in the future.
