There were two issues with the order and the customer service department handled each in a timely fashion, with consideration and, at the end, with an unexpectedly very nice conclusion. I am enjoying the product, I have given some away to family and I will definitely re-order when my supply gets near it's end. I heartily recommend this company.

I decided not to use this ceylon cinnamon powder but they keep sending me orders and then charging me for them. I have went to the site and cancelled what I thought was a subscription but they just keep sending it and charging me. I AM NOT HAPPY.

UPDATE: They did get back with me and say that they will give me a full refund so I added a few stars.

Veronica at Living Core was super. I love their cinnamon and it helps to keep my glucose lower. I highly recommend their product and their service.

I had to cancel and Arlyn helped find my info and get that processed. Everything was fine otherwise, I received my Ceylon Cinnamon as ordered.
