Buyer Beware !! This was a bait and switch SCAM and unfortunately I took the bait !! The product advertised was NOT what I eventually received (very long delivery timeline from the order date too).It was a knockoff knee strap that did not bear the name TYSTRAP printed on it like you see in the ad. The hardware used was different metal and the strap was very thin and short making it difficult to fit around my leg (which is 14 inches).So if your leg is bigger, forget it. This company will only communicate via email.No phone call. They will not send a return shipping label if you try to return for a refund. And to ship it back to an INTERNATIONAL address will cost you three times what you paid for this knockoff! What a rip-off. So you're stuck with this cheap knock-off piece of crap!!. Very poor customer service too. They appear to know you'll give up because why waste more money returning this to get the product you saw advertised and was hoping to receive?!The concept of isolating the compression with the strap under the Patella is good. However, the product that this company TYSTRAP sends it's customer is a cheap knockoff of what was advertised. A true BAIT and Switch. So Buyer Beware !!! Save your money and time.

I ordered tystrap and the delivery guy put in down stairs in the mailroom in front of my mailbox, smh, instead taking the elevator and dropping it in front of my door, meanwhile I live in an apartment 😑 building with 211 apartments, still haven't received item and their customer service is ridiculous.

First, you will not get what you see. The Tystrap does come with the the word TYSTRAP written on the front of it. It comes totally blank. It does not come in a box; it come in a plastic envelope that you would get for Dr. Scholl's insoles. PLUS the steel clips on the side where the strap goes in...nope they don't even come close. The are half oval and no V markings. PLUS the strap is only 13 inches in length and if you have a large knee or swollen you will not be able to wear it. I tried to get my money back and return it but here is the bigger thing you NEED TO KNOW. The return address for this product: TYS

In order for me to return this through FedEx is without tracking is $159.57 (the cheapest). So, are you really going to return this product? No, Beware. I am sure there is something in Canada that we can get. I was not smart but desperate. Forget no more desperate. So now I ask questions of the vendor before I order.
Note: I was able to get a 20% refund. They really got a sucker.
Note: To return it in 30 days (yea right) you cannot wear it or even open the package otherwise you do not get a refund.
So Cannot wear it too short on strap; does not look like anything like the image on website and cost to return....omg.
